First time at Phoenix tonight and we'll definitely be back. Excellent service, outstanding meals. Highly recommend

Excellent food and Excellent service. Rue is exceptional and an awesome bartender. Love the atmosphere and friendly environment.

Very nice and clean place. Worth to see it. People who work there are friendly polite and helpful the service got was first notch.

When we looked at the menu we really liked it and we couldn’t wait to try it all.

Tenderloin that we had wasn’t cooked and it was more like medium steak

Medium rear ribeye was ok it came out pretty cold and we expected it to be better than what it was.

Crab stuffed mushroom… nothing interesting
Octopus was cold but nice and soft not chewy like most of the places.

Oyster Rockefeller was delicious! It’s worth to try it and worth to come back to have it again!

Flatbread was great! Very delicious

Beet. Beets salad very tasty!

Kids chicken fingers are delicious!

Saggy fries

French onion soup is nothing special nothing that you want to try out.

Mojito’s had their specific state and girls didn’t like it.

Overall nice place that’s worth to visit but with the food you are 50/50 I guess it depends on the taste but all of us (party of 8) had same impression.

Everything was fabulous. The food is so good and the atmosphere perfect. Great for girls night or date night.

As always, the food and service are terrific! The staff are all friendly and helpful, making a point to make sure everything is just right. The Phoenix is consistently a wonderful experience.

Stopped for a cocktail and appetizers, food was great so was the service

Big problems with our meal. It was not 1 meal. It was all 4. Inedible prime rib. When asked by server how it was, we told her it was way way overdone. She agreed and came back 5 min later with one that was worse. They asked about the other 3 meals and we told them very nicely they were all bad. We were very sympathetic about offering the feedback but they kept pressing us for reasons why. When we finally offered the feedback the manager came back and interrupted us for like the 3rd or 4th time and explained that they were sorry and offered to comp 1 entree and a round of drinks, which was nowhere good enough. They still brought out a bill that was almost 300 and none of us ate our meal. They showered us with visits to the table acting like they cared to fix the situation. But they neither brought us the food we wanted or comped us appropriately for the problems. Terrible dining experience.

Great service. Probably some of the best we've experienced in a while. Very attentive and spot on. Food was delicious and reasonable.
