I ordered the 20 pc chicken nugget ( I was asked what type of sauce) I told the employee Honey BBQ and I was asked did I mean the saucy nuggets and I replied yes, then proceeded with a follow up question, did I want ranch or Bleu cheese dressing and I told the employee Bleu cheese. I came up to drive -thru and I was given the back of the nuggets, they forgot to give me back my debit card, I drove off and to guve my kids their nuggets... low and behold, one container barely had sauce, the second container had sauce, and there were no napkins or the Bleu cheese either in the bag. I didn't mind they didn't have lemonade, but the experience wasn't a pleasant one.

Always has very young people working there that swear, laugh, and make me feel super uncomfortable. One time a worker came up to the worker who was taking my money and started swearing at him. He saw me standing there staring. Another time I came at night and a worker was talking with someone who just walked up to the drive through window and they were really loud, laughing, playing music, etc. It makes me feel like my food is going to be made poorly and like they don't really care I'm there. Culver's is always so professional and nice.

Ordered a Asiago chicken combo w baconator fries , lg chili - UN sweet ice tea
After confirming 3 times the order
I got cold chicken nuggets , cold fries Sweet tea And the chili ( thought it was the one thing right) Had chopped up old beef patties in it ( very apparent as they were in squares /big chunks ) This location needs new management badly

I went to the drive thru around 9p and the person taking the order was rude and didn't listen to my order and questioned me after and when we received our order, which we waited for 15 minutes for, the frosties were half full(and when I questioned it, I was told that is where we fill for a medium because if we fill it more we can't put a lid on) and one of the cups had something hard/crusty on it, only received 1 fry(at least we checked before leaving), and the burgers were not the best.
