The drive thru times at lunch at this location are atrocious and the last time I walked in it seemed there was only 2 maybe 3 people doing everything in the restaurant, the owner either needs to pay them more or he needs to get more people cause straight up I might never come back. 15 minutes at the drive thru it's an ungodly amount of time, specially to those of us that only get 30 minutes for lunch.

When I FINALLY got to the drive-thru speaker. I asked for a #2 (Baconator), large, with a Dr. Pepper with no ice. I then had to repeat the entire order one by one, and I was asked if I wanted a single, double, or triple Baconator.
The Baconator is 2 patties. The Son of the Baconator is 1 patty. I ordered the Baconator, not the Son of the Baconator. I've never been asked this at any other Wendy's I've gone to. Maybe learn your menu?
What I ended up with is essentially the Son of the Baconator (wrong), large fry (correct, shocker!), a Medium Dr. Pepper WITH ice (wrong size, ignored my no ice request). And to top things off I wasn't given a receipt. Probably because they know they're bad and don't want more people complaining.
The one time I order at the drive-thru as opposed to the app and I get this crap. I only ordered this way because you can't add a gift card on the app.
Staff need to know what they are actually doing and LISTEN. Thanks for wasting my money.

Burger had cheese, asked for none, missing nuggets, and when going to scan my coupon, the price never actually changed, just acted like it did.

We don't usually dine-in, but today's experience was great and the kids wanted me to send in a review. The man who took our order (receipt says 'Yankiel', but I know that may not be who this was) was so kind and polite to my kids regarding their order and specifically their frosties. It's a simple thing to be kind and accommodating and Yankiel's(?) extra effort to engage with my kids made a small memory for them. Little actions like this matter. Thank you for a good dinner and experience.
Good food, bad lazy employees. Breakfast was no longer served at 9AM on Sunday morning, said the employee. I left without placing an order.

Restaurantji Recommends
We are visiting the Wendy's in Homer Glen and, although the food is fine, there is a constant problem that they must solve. Several times we have come, the self-serve soda machines are out of Coca-Cola and all of its flavors. It's frustrating to go fill it up and find that all the dispensers are empty. It's a small detail but very important for the customer experience. We would greatly appreciate it if they would consistently check and keep the machines full.
