Partnering with DoorDash for your deliveries sounds good, but we had an order sit on my front porch for over 20 minutes because the dasher did not ring the door bell or knock on the door. Called store we ordered from (862 E. Hillside Dr.
Broken Arrow, OK 74012) and was promptly told that the order went to door dash and they have no control over the drivers behavior.
This was pretty disappointing lunch to say the least. I don't need a refund, or a discount on a future purchase, you just need to get with door dash and let the know to ring the doorbell, knock on the door or both to let us know our food has arrived.

food was very good and heavily seasoned with rubs and sauce. ranch was fresh and fries were flavorful, service was outstanding with answering all our questions and needs, and finally the atmosphere, very dirty needs a touch up with the cleanliness and also no visible trashcan, there was a tv up with baseball and a fantastic radio station

This is the worst wingstop of all time. Not just saying that from one experience, it’s been multiple. Idk why I legit giving them chances. - once they didn’t make my wings and he tried finessing me for $50 to take home like 5 bags of wings that were never picked up but other customers. i told him i ordered $10 worth of food and don’t want to pay more than that. he said ok and i took home the mystery bag and it had corn in it 😂 - whatever flavor you order, you’re not getting. they just throw in uncovered tenders and wings. if they do put the flavor it’s like barely drizzled. - the staff smell like crap and are rude asl
