Bad customer service! I dined at Rudy's at Balagio with a group of friends. I had a full sized order of lasagna that I left on the table. When I called back to return to the restaurant to get the food, I was told it was thrown away. The owner, Mike Galderio, accused me of trying to get free food and refused to replace the order. This is one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. It shows the level of poor customer service and racism. I will never return to this establishment...read full review
I recommend everything it’s delicious & delightful service ❤️ I treated myself to dessert today. Can’t get top notch spumoni anywhere 😉
