We ordered a cake online and they prepared something completely different. Then when we asked for a refund to take the other cake, they claimed it was the same price ($35) even though the wrong one that they prepared is half the size of the one we ordered. In the end, they only gave us $5 back. Massive scam.

For 3 years I've been trying to aquire the lemon custard flavor yet again. I know it exists, because I got it from this exact location. I called this store and asked if they had lemon custard, they told me yes. I drove up to this location, AND THEY DIDNT HAVE IT!!!!!! Horrible service, the employees are rude, and they mislead customers over the phone. If I could give this place a 0 star rating, I would. Do not go here, just drive to another location.

This place is good, close to home but the location is kind of in the cut and not as easy to locate or go into with the traffic; and based off where it's placed. The service is okay but the best part I feel about the place is they normally have all the flavors of ice cream that the other stores don't always have. So I tend to go there first before going to any other store.

Worst Baskin Robbins I have ever visited. Was given chocolate ice cream instead of what ordered chocolate mint and chocolate chips with nuts which cost a $1 extra. When I advised the ice cream given was incorrect and the nuts were insufficient I asked for a refund and was advised they could not give me a refund. The correct order was made with half scoops of ice cream. I am pissed and will complain to corporate!
