The male host upon entry stated it would be a twenty minute wait. So, ask why?
Within my few minutes of being inside the restaurant I observed 10 - 15 empty tables!
Once seated the server/ bartender Clark was EXCELLENT! He was on point for everything. Thanks Much!

Terrible. Every time I come here it’s trash. I’m only giving it two stars because my server Qaid was amazing. I will only come back when Qaid is there. When you go, ask for Qaid.

Texas cheese fries are a hit I also got a steak and had zero complaints will definitely swing back next time I'm on Halsted. Mike the server was really professional and had our order just we asked.

It was not a great experience. The wait to be seated was over 25 min even though there was an enormous amount of available tables. We were told the wait was due to lack of staffing. The salsa was horrible. It was blended to the point of it looking and tasting like soup. Our orders were either wrong or poorly prepared/cooked. Needless to say, we will not be going back.

Shrimp was way over cooled. Looked like the cup ramen shrimp. Steak was ok, rice was disgusting and so dry. Salad was the only thing worth eating. Hard to mess a salad up huh?

Pretty busy Monday night - does take a while to be seated, especially after 6pm - no surprise there. The staff was extremely friendly and apologized for the ‘long wait’ (my fiancé and I waited approx 40min to be seated). The waiter was extremely helpful and we wasted no time ordering our food as soon as we were seated and attended. The food did not take long to come out - it was pretty fresh, hot, and delicious! The triple dipper was amazing and I can’t say enough about the white cheddar mac and cheese at this location. First time at this specific Chilis location and we do hope to return - preferably a bit earlier in the evening!
