Kitchen staff that brought out the food obviously hates their job, doesn't look at you, slams it down on the table. Fajita "steak" was gray. Walkway into the kitchen looked like it hadn't been swept much less washed for days. Front doors and handles going out were coated with filth and sticky.

This restaurant has the worst customer service. There is always a 40 min wait even tho there are multiple tables open. The hosts and hostesses are rude and want to argue. This location is the worst location I have been to. Refusing to seat people when you have multiple tables open is completely unacceptable.

Bathroom was disgusting. The server was polite but not attentive. Three times she forgot my water until she looked at me. The manager came around and we asked for assistance. My Mom’s order was wrong as well.

After placing order, waiter said "ill get that and bring out some chips and salsa". It was on the bill. Then he says "that must be my bad, i charged you for that ?" Well sir i certainly didnt charge myself for it. Charged me for things I didn't ask for. Then say I will give you a credit. I don't want a credit because I'm not coming back. Silly. Food bland not worth a return trip. This folks, is what happens when you settle. Should have went where I wanted instead of trying to stay local. Asked for lemon for my water 3 or 4. Times and he explained he was asked to do a million things and forgot. Understood. Overall..... Do better please. Other employees seemed ok. Seated right away.

This is probably by far- the worst, the most unprofessional, the most pathetic, and the most disgusting Chilli's that I ever visited. Unprofessional and rude staff, who just don't care, and the manager, who instructed the staff not to call him or disclose his name, because he is hiding and doesn't want to solve any issues or problems. Avoid this place like a plague!

Horrible Experience at Chili’s on 2/2/2025
I wish I could give this Chili’s a good review, but our experience was nothing short of terrible.
When we arrived for dinner, we were told there would be a 30-minute wait, which was fine. However, after waiting the full 30 minutes, the hostess called our name, only to tell us to “wait a minute” again, adding another unnecessary 10-minute delay.
Once seated, it took our server about 10 minutes just to take our drink orders. After finally bringing our drinks, we placed our food order: two Triple Dipper appetizers, a Dip Trio, and two entrées. We then waited 20 minutes before having to ask about the Dip Trio since we didn’t want the appetizer coming out with the main meal. The server then brought only chips and salsa, saying the queso and beans would be out in “a few minutes.” Those “few minutes” turned into 15, by which point we had already finished the chips and salsa.
When the Dip Trio finally arrived, the server didn’t clear the empty chips and salsa, nor did he give any update on our meals. No drink refills, no check-ins—nothing. At this point, the service had been so bad that I had to ask another employee to get our server. That employee said he would, but after another five minutes of waiting, our server never came.
Frustrated, I asked to speak with a manager. I explained that we no longer wanted our meals because the service was absolutely unacceptable. Thankfully, the manager was kind and told us not to worry about paying for anything. While I appreciate that, it doesn’t change the fact that this was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had.
We will not be returning, and I certainly won’t be recommending this location to anyone.

Waitress was nice. Asked for medium well steak but received well done. Took forever to receive cutlery so my food was cold. Hennyrita was ok. I've had better. Will not return to this location

Placed a To Go order for a 12:15 pickup. It was ready too early and was cold by my pickup time. Ordered my steak medium rare, it was raw and I couldn’t eat it since I was at work and couldn’t finish cooking it. What a waste of money and time!
