Hadn’t been to Chili’s in a minute so it was cool when the girls said let’s meet up for happy hour.
It’s a nice location, great bar! Our bartender was amazing! Engaging and fun!
We had the Christmas margaritas which were yummy! Can’t beat a chilis burger, so good! Looking forward to going back soon!

Came in had a drink that was previously poured and sat out for 30 minutes. Then was served old guacamole dip. Then my daughter’s burger was brought to the table completely wrong. It had everything on it after specifically saying cheese only. When we sent the burger back they flipped the burger with the toppings still on it and put another cold piece of cheese on top. Waitress didn’t even check to see if our order was okay. Horrible service will not be going back.

Our server, Christina, was so welcoming! It was her first day and she was so kind and gracious towards me and my partner. If I was to recommend a server, it would be her. Our food was taking a little while to come out, but she kept checking on us and even went to go check on the food. Thank you, Christina, you were the best part of our dining experience. She deserves to be recognized and applauded.
Wish you had the option for zero stars. Walk in to a restaurant with maybe 5 tables filled. Theres a 10 min wait…no problem. Host was sweet as could be. Get sat and we wait about 15 min. Server walks over throws the little packs of silverware on the table, says nothing and leaves. Comes back 5 min later and asks “are you ready?” Excuse me? Hello to you also…would we maybe be able to order some water and drinks first? She responds with ARE YOU READY TO ORDER EVERYTHING? super rude. Told us she’s having a great day and we won’t ruin that so she will find someone else and walked away. Mind you this is the 2nd chance we gave this place after having awful service. Went to leave and spotted the manager at the front door…walked up kindly and tried to explain what had happened he chuckled and told us to have a good day. Avoid this dump at all costs.

The male host upon entry stated it would be a twenty minute wait. So, ask why?
Within my few minutes of being inside the restaurant I observed 10 - 15 empty tables!
