Place is a lot more spacious than other locations I have went to. Staff seemed nice and were attentive. Food was ok. Only thing that I didn’t like was a few things in my order were incorrect. It was addressed accordingly but the replacement food took over 30 mins to receive. By the time i got my plate back my husband was done with his food and dessert. Oh and almost forgot to mention they gave a discount for inconvenience but had the audacity to throw in extra charges. That we didn’t even notice till we left. We were charged twice for the same meal and ended up paying $20 extra

Took an hour before I got my food. Appetizers never came out and they still put it on the bill. The server never checked in our table to refill drinks. Terrible service and food was subpar at this location. Won’t be coming back.

First time at this Chili’s and must I say it was horrible. The service was horrible and the food was horrible. Today was my daughter’s birthday and let’s just say 3 kids 7adults. Server must have been having a bad day which is understandable but for crying out loud where is the customer service. Once we got to sit down the server didn’t introduce himself and was just in friendly. After ordering drink and 3 kid meals the waiter left to place the order. Never came back until the kids food was done. I’m sitting there watching him ramble with the manager. Guess come to find out it was time for buddy to go home his shift was ended, short staff, anyways didn’t get to order after seeing the kids food. Had pizza and fries, burger and fries and chicken strip with fries. Needless to say that whole wait fries could have been fresher and the burger was pink pink wanted it well done. I’m just very disappointed I really love chilies. It’s one of me and my daughter’s fav. It may have just not been a good day but geesh.

You know how sometimes you're jealous of another table's server? Mine was Terrell, either he was having a bad day or we came at the wrong time, because service was not good. He wasn't rude, that's an emotion, he had none.

Service has gone down hill over the last year or so. And tonight I went with my kids at 8:45 and the front doors were locked. Several people were trying to enter and they refused service but close at 10pm. Unprofessional and I won’t be returning

If you like Chili's just don't come to this location. Waited 20min on a table (for which the person who seated me and my party notified us of). Once seated it took another 10minutes for us to place an order. Then the food took about 30 minutes to come out. When the order finally arrived it was wrong and poorly prepared. Over cooked chicken, burnt nachos, missing items from each dish, etc.Go some where else you all. Go somewhere else!

My medium rare steak was so overcooked you could barely cut it. Corn and potatoes were lukewarm. Mushrooms were missing. Skillet queso was missing. And was supposed to be a curbside order but I waited so long that I had to go I'm. Guess its my fault for not inspecting the food before I left smh.

Will not come back to this location. Customer service and communication is the WORSE! Ordered a To-Go order this evening. Pulled into the pick-up spot within the time of order completion stated on the site. After sitting in my vehicle for ten minutes, I decided to walk in. Upon entry there were a few people waiting. Ashley asked how she can assist me. I mistakenly gave her my name for the order instead of my s/o. I also showed her on my phone the order. She walks away as if she was going to retrieve the order but never came back! Finally I asked to speak with a manager. I explained to the manager the lack of customer service and lack of communication. I waited about an hour before receiving my food. As I was speaking with the manager regarding the lack of customer service and lack of communication. Ashley tried interrupting me twice to be argumentative about the situation. The manager did say he would speak to her regarding this matter. However this left a bad taste for me that I would never return!

Ordered a large delivery order on Wednesday. Missing items, incomplete orders, wrong side items, burnt charred steaks. Did try contacting them thru their email before posting here. No one reachec back to me. It was a huge disappointment and a complete waste of over $200. Never again.
