There was a T-Mobile deal for free chocolate chip cookies, so I went here to try to redeem it. My wife and I were waiting for at least 15-20 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Then they just said they don't accept T-Mobile deals. The store was gross with cookies and garbage all over the floor, so we probably wouldn't have wanted anything anyways. We have a couple kids that would have wanted cookies also, but we just left without ordering anything and I will be hesitant to ever go to any Cookie Crumbl location in the future with such disgusting locations and horrible customer service.
