Once again they completely forgot our chicken strips. My burger was lukewarm, severely greasy, and tasted terrible. My fries were cold. I had to throw the food away. When I called about the problem I was polite, and the young man I spoke with on the phone sounded like he seriously didn't care and seriously didn't want to be there. The quality of standards have dropped so low there, customers are going to start getting sick. Never getting food from the Homewood location again.

OMG. My butter burger was delicious. I always get a strawberry sundae and that's above the rest. They use real strawberries not that fake syrup.

Didn't get my order correct. I was already at home when I discovered incorrect items. Person on the phone stated if I can't drive all the way back today, he would send a discount card. I told him I was in the area tomorrow and he asked if i could get it then and he said that's not how they do things. Customer service is poor.

Food is decent, while there they didn't have any ice and no plans were made to get any. Mind you a gas station Is next door full of ice. Management has to do better.

Typical ghetto fast food restaurant. . Over half my order was incorrect and when I called. I ended up speaking with a very rude person. Her first words were… “ what do you want me to do an about it”. Then she offered to send me a coupon right before she hung up on me. No better than McDonalds!!

today I visited your establishment. Items of complaint kids meal( 2 chicken tenders) which wasn't the best tasting to my child. I explained that to the associate & instead of making it right I had to purchase additional food which I think is unfair especially considering someone else experienced the same thing & the assoc. Rectified the issue by give thm something. You lost 1 i spent over 50$
