I normally come to this location as a family treat and I love it but I had a very bad experience today and I am taken back. I ordered my usual: royal ultimate chocolate brownie and it was missing the fudge and the brownie chunks! I kindly brought my item back up and informed the ladies but they were very condescending and were insisting they did but brownies in it. I showed them by moving all the ice cream around and proving to them it was empty! But they were rude, insisting they did instead of taking it back and fixing the issue. I just walked away because I am not problematic but I am sad and highly disappointed. I basically got plain ice cream with chocolate pieces in it. It doesn’t even taste like brownie and it’s a large ☹️ I most likely won’t return to this location. I am genuinely sad.

I really love the taste of the ice cream and the Log Cakes and Birthday Cakes,one of my many favorites are their dipped cones vanilla ice cream dipped in chocolate and like I mentioned their Log Cakes.Also delicious Banana Split and more....They have good prices on lunch or dinner check their menu on food besides ice cream.Come see and eat and enjoy!My favorite is the location Dairy Queen on8770 S Howell Ave #1, Oak Creek, WI 53154 it's right inside the Pick n Save.Wheelchair accessibility: There is enough space for wheel chairs accessibility.
Ordered a banana split. when I got to the window, I was told "We're out of bananas, want something else?" Wish they would have told me when I ordered so I could see the menu board. Also, three times this year I was told that "we're out of chocolate ice cream, want vanilla?" How on earth does DQ run out of chocolate ice cream??? Two stars for unreliability.

These young women are something else. Y'all are too busy worrying about a tip when you see black peoples and then you say sly comments like your hiding in a kitchen behind the window but what it sounds like you were being rude and disrespectful. Everybody isn't the same but we are all certainly treated like it .

Dairy Queen in Homewood has a great staff. My observation was they were very nice to their customers and some of them can be tough. These are mostly high school students and they did a great job whenever we visit dq.
