The pizza was terrible, like really bad. Even though it was freshly made and hot, the pizza somehow tasted like it was a week (or more) old. Something was very off about it.
We only went because of the 50% off pizza deal. We bought two pizzas, one for me and one for my boyfriend. We each threw our pizzas in the trash after trying one slice. I couldn’t even force myself to finish the one slice. My boyfriend will eat anything and even he didn’t want to continue eating this pizza. That’s saying A LOT.
I’m not sure what’s going on with Domino’s, but we definitely won’t be back. Yuck. ANY other pizza place is better than what we had from Domino’s. I would have even been happier with little Caesar’s, a pizza slice from the gas station or a cheap frozen grocery store pizza.

put an online order in . said it got delivered it wasn't. I called the store they put me on the phone with the driver Eric. he proceeded to tell me it was dark and couldn't see anything when my portch light is a led bright light the neighbor had there portch light on and there's a street light. you could clearly see then told me he find another driver and it's been over an hour waiting . waste of my time . never gave me a time frame and just hung up after that . tried calling again nobody wants to answer . this is unprofessional. I work nights and this just cut into that .

Had an order delivered a few minutes ago. Wings, lava cake, and garlic knots were excellent. The New York-style pepperoni pizza that was delivered was inedible. It tasted stale overall, and the pepperoni tasted old and not even like pepperoni. Praying I don't get sick from the few bites we ate.

Horrible customer service…I waited to be greeted at least 3 minutes…A man was there but told me he could help me in 2 mins when he could clock in while 4 other employees continued doing what they were doing…I was the only customer so I couldn’t even say it was busy but get better help find employees who actually want to work and do their jobs

The young man that took my money was rude. I find it very disrespectful for me to hand you my money and you put my change on the counter while I have my hand out. I came in and greeted him and he said nothing but " you placing or picking up" absolutely no sense of customer service. Very displeased with the service.
Best dominos in cook county, been ordering delivery 4 times a month, stays consistent, and i love when Angel delivers my food, hes fast and always has a smile on his face! Definitely a AllStar⭐️worker compared to the other drivers. GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE❗️

Small parking lot that is extremely difficult to maneuver especially when crowded. If parking is unavailable you cannot back out or turn around, therfore you either have to wait or hopefully exit through the alley exit. If you choose to exit make sure you are aware of the short post on your right. Not knowing it's there could mess up your day and your car.

Pizza was amazing this was my first time having this Dominos locations and the last time I had a pizza from Dominos was almost 10years ago. The food tasted great and cheese was well proportioned and food had lots of flavor. Staff was fast and polite
When we ordered /called they took our order but it never came and we already payed for it and when we called to tell them they kept hanging up on us
