I rarely get an ice cream cone, but once in a while I treat myself. Twice in the last three months or so that I have gotten a double scoop cone, I've been notified that they are out of Rocky Road (my favorite). This last time, they tell me after I already paid. To top it off, the waffle cone was limp, not crunchy. I didn't feel like going in and telling them, but I know I won't be back to this location. I guess I'll trek to the Rainbow Cone by Vollmer & Pulaski instead of spending nearly $8 just to be disappointed.

I ordered a sandwich breakfast. And I went up to the dunkin' donuts door in Homewood here and the doors were locked even though the lobby was supposed to be open at 4:00 a.m. in the morning. They do this a lot. So I had to walk to the window to get my order for what I ordered on the dunkin' donuts app. And I told them the doors were locked and I'm just here to get my food. And they looked at me like I was crazy. When the girl said well I'll open the door. But my food was right there I was in the window. If I just stood there waiting to get my food and finally one of the girls gave me my food. But they act like they're doing you a favor. I probably won't go again. Unless it's for a coffee or something. Oh yeah on top of it with the meal I got I was supposed to get hot coffee. And they gave me an iced coffee. And I go there quite regularly they know I don't order iced coffees. I'm just kind of done too. But it is the law that if you say you open up at a certain time on your son you're supposed to open up at that time. They're very inconsistent about when they want to open up the lobby doors. Here I had a walk-in order off the app and I couldn't even get inside the store to get my meal. But they definitely need to be consistent about what time they're going to open the doors according to the schedule they give on the doors that they open the lobby doors. They are so very inconsistent and sometimes can have attitudes. As if they're doing you a favor.

Always been a good location, right by the expressway on my way to work, with a nice friendly staff. They now have a nasty, aggressive lady working mornings and it’s awful. She’s taking orders fast rude and wrong, she’s outwardly arguing with the staff in front of customers, she’s not how you want to start your day! I'll leave a little bit earlier to go to a different location to avoid her. She’s awful, every day.

I go here at least 25 times a month, and I usually encounter friendly and inviting behavior until this morning, the guy at the window which I found out was the manager attitude was nasty and dry, and as long as I've been getting my military discount at this location he denied it and said they don't do military discounts, and i replied with i always get my military discounts all the time here and every other duncan donut I've visited, he replied with sorry for your loss as if someone died, whoch i actially had a few deaths recently, but he didnt know that, so that was very disrespectful, and this is the manager representing this company So I will never go and spend my money at this dunkin donut ever again. And this so called manager which lacks alot of manager skills, he was pathetic.
And why would I go to a place that don't value veterans. That young male manager the have is as bad as you can get...

They've always been friendly and I've had no issues with orders. They're nice to my dog too and give her extra special pup cups. I don't usually order hot food because dunkin' food is very mediocre, nothing to do with the location.

Cashier only rang me up for one pumpkin spice hot coffee when I asked for 2 coffees & 2 cider donuts. Please give her more training. We had ordered by Drive thru this morning 8:30ish and was not given a receipt with my change. See earlier post about exiting!

Very disappointing. Had no choice but to eat it so my money wasn’t wasted. Not understanding why someone would pass a donut out the window looking like this. You can’t even get good donuts from Dunkin Donuts.
