Stopped in the morning before work. I ordered two chocolate long John's. I go to get them out of the bag and they are like this. So much for my breakfast. Couldn't pull them apart without being covered in frosting.

The morning girls are the sweetest and HILARIOUS! Lately the line outside has been consistently moving. My coffee is fresh, the food could be a bit hotter, but nonetheless, I’m pleased to spend my money here. Keep it up.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!! I came to this location because another didn’t make my drink correct. I’m glad I did the service was 10 stars! Everyone here was helping each other no one was just sitting around EVERYONE was working! It is very clean inside and a large variety of delicious items to choose. If you are in the area come by you won’t be disappointed!

This is the worst one I ever been to. I walk in the cashier is on the phone just literally all on the phone at the register. No one helped anybody and then I’m asking to place my order and everybody looking confused like they not here to work and getting paid to do so. They need all need staff because for my first time coming in the morning and experiencing that I would've fired every last one of the employees that’s how bad it was.

Please be aware and choose a different dunkins donuts. This one is beyond awful you would expect the kind of service they give from a McDonald's because it's nonexistent. I ordered a simple cheese and egg with Chipotle aoli Sandwhich. I received a burnt croissant, instead of an English muffin. It was the most pathetic version of a Sandwhich I had ever seen. The coffee was not even hot and it took probably 20mins from the time we ordered to actually get out order. Stay far far away!

I rarely get an ice cream cone, but once in a while I treat myself. Twice in the last three months or so that I have gotten a double scoop cone, I've been notified that they are out of Rocky Road (my favorite). This last time, they tell me after I already paid. To top it off, the waffle cone was limp, not crunchy. I didn't feel like going in and telling them, but I know I won't be back to this location. I guess I'll trek to the Rainbow Cone by Vollmer & Pulaski instead of spending nearly $8 just to be disappointed.

I ordered a sandwich breakfast. And I went up to the dunkin' donuts door in Homewood here and the doors were locked even though the lobby was supposed to be open at 4:00 a.m. in the morning. They do this a lot. So I had to walk to the window to get my order for what I ordered on the dunkin' donuts app. And I told them the doors were locked and I'm just here to get my food. And they looked at me like I was crazy. When the girl said well I'll open the door. But my food was right there I was in the window. If I just stood there waiting to get my food and finally one of the girls gave me my food. But they act like they're doing you a favor. I probably won't go again. Unless it's for a coffee or something. Oh yeah on top of it with the meal I got I was supposed to get hot coffee. And they gave me an iced coffee. And I go there quite regularly they know I don't order iced coffees. I'm just kind of done too. But it is the law that if you say you open up at a certain time on your son you're supposed to open up at that time. They're very inconsistent about when they want to open up the lobby doors. Here I had a walk-in order off the app and I couldn't even get inside the store to get my meal. But they definitely need to be consistent about what time they're going to open the doors according to the schedule they give on the doors that they open the lobby doors. They are so very inconsistent and sometimes can have attitudes. As if they're doing you a favor.
