Always been a good location, right by the expressway on my way to work, with a nice friendly staff. They now have a nasty, aggressive lady working mornings and it’s awful. She’s taking orders fast rude and wrong, she’s outwardly arguing with the staff in front of customers, she’s not how you want to start your day! I'll leave a little bit earlier to go to a different location to avoid her. She’s awful, every day.

I go here at least 25 times a month, and I usually encounter friendly and inviting behavior until this morning, the guy at the window which I found out was the manager attitude was nasty and dry, and as long as I've been getting my military discount at this location he denied it and said they don't do military discounts, and i replied with i always get my military discounts all the time here and every other duncan donut I've visited, he replied with sorry for your loss as if someone died, whoch i actially had a few deaths recently, but he didnt know that, so that was very disrespectful, and this is the manager representing this company So I will never go and spend my money at this dunkin donut ever again. And this so called manager which lacks alot of manager skills, he was pathetic. And why would I go to a place that don't value veterans. That young male manager the have is as bad as you can get...

They've always been friendly and I've had no issues with orders. They're nice to my dog too and give her extra special pup cups. I don't usually order hot food because dunkin' food is very mediocre, nothing to do with the location.

Cashier only rang me up for one pumpkin spice hot coffee when I asked for 2 coffees & 2 cider donuts. Please give her more training. We had ordered by Drive thru this morning 8:30ish and was not given a receipt with my change. See earlier post about exiting!

Very disappointing. Had no choice but to eat it so my money wasn’t wasted. Not understanding why someone would pass a donut out the window looking like this. You can’t even get good donuts from Dunkin Donuts.

Worst location ever. Lines are always wrapped around the corner. Parking lot is tight and small hard to get out. Today I decided to go in because the drive through line was so long, it took 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge myself and the other people in line. 4 different associates walked past us without even speaking or simply saying “we’ll be right with you” Then after our orders were taken, we all waited another 7 mins for our drink orders all to find that they weren’t calling the drinks out they were sitting on a rack in the front. How are we supposed to know that was our drinks? What a waste of my time. This location really needs to do better.

This location, Homewood, has the best tasting coffee and the staff is super friendly!
had previously assumed that recent bad service was due to a specific worker (who has since been let go pretty sure) but even so, recently, drinks are wrong EVERY single time, no matter how clear we are when ordering. coffee regularly tastes extremely burnt and old, and they almost always forget cream/sugar when asked for (even though I’d assume most people include that, most Dunkin’s ASK “do you want cream or sugar” when ordering coffeee..???) so getting black coffee that’s burnt and gross has been pretty regular. The workers are all really nice and helpful when asked at the window, but the entire point of Dunkin, especially the drive thru, is like … you get it on the way to work or whatever, so we never have time to sit there and wait for them to remake it, after we’ve already been in line for 15 minutes. It’s extremely frustrating and no joke happens every single time we go without fail.
