service is slow. staff don’t even acknowledge you
Placed order online noticed I don’t have my strawberry sprinkle doughnut and the lady try to make it seem like I was tripping it’s on my receipt then she gave me
A doughnut it was a old Halloween vanalla doughnut I didn’t realize it until I already drove off but next time if yall don’t have something say that just don’t give me anything also my sandwich was pretty burnt my food was $19 total what a waste

Went inside to mainly to purchase ground coffee. Inside was very clean and inviting. Was greeted warmly by the employee behind the counter. Will definitely return again.

Extremely slow this morning. Long wait times in the drive-through. My on the go online order was ready when we finally got to the window.

They recently renovated the drive-thru and have now effectively caused every single car that comes to a drive-thru to sit there for 8 to 12 minutes every morning part of the problem is them not telling people to drive through is for short orders and the other problem is people coming there and ordering food for half of their office in the Drive-Thru cars are not supposed to sit in drive-thrus for 10 to 15 minutes for some donuts. I don't know whatever kind of change happened inside that store but whatever change it was it is not for the better it is much worse I'll be taking my business to a different store I don't have that kind of time to sit and wait for just a cup of coffee that I ordered online 10 minutes prior to my arrival

Prices are horrible!! They charged me $5.99 for egg and cheese on English muffin. Is it the right price ?

I placed a mobile order for 1 Large iced Latte, I sat in my car for 10 minutes before I even went in. I figured that would give them enough time to make it, and me not having to stand and wait. Boy was I wrong!
First, not one person greated me or even acknowledged the fact that I walked in and was standing by the pick up side for my drink. Ok no big deal, they are busy. I stood there for a good 15-20 minutes if not longer waiting for just 1 drink!! I believe the manager or maybe owner (I'm not sure which) was making all the drinks, and he didn't even feel the need to just acknowledge me and ask what my name is so you can let me know how longer I have to wait. But he just looked at me a few times, then continued to make drinks.
Another customer walked in and came up to the counter to pick up her drink, the drive thru fella already acknowledged her and handed her her drink. Again that would be another perfect time to ask me what I'm waiting for! But nope! So I'm looking at all the mobile order tickets on the counters- I don't see mine. So Im leaning looking over at drive thru side where many drinks are just sitting and bingo there it was. Why was it at drive thru when I stated I'd walk in to get it.
It took me another few minutes to get any of the three people working attention and then look at me all crazy cause I ask can I have my drink and pointed. No apologies, no have a good day absolutely nothing! I couldn't even get a damn straw but I figured I'm not asking any of them for nothing, I'll just go grab one where they are like at every Dunkin. Fail, it was all empty!! I just walked out, that has to be the absolute worst visit/experience I have ever encountered at a Dunkin!!
They are remodeling - well that's what it looked like and when I went to open the employees only bathroom while I was waiting for my drink it looked like they were remodeling that as well because it had no toilet.
All together I would not go back just for the lack of common curiosity and customer service.

Terrible service. Waited 10 minutes for my order & it was missing my sandwhich. Told cashier & he insisted I hadn’t paid for a sandwhich & I needed to pay for it. Asked him to print my receipt as I had never been given one & it showed that I did pay for the sandwich he accused me of not paying for.
Drive thru has consistently got my order incorrect. always go inside here.
This morning, ordered black coffee, lovely young lady behind the counter recommended caramel sweetener, and it was just what I needed.

I got sick today after having Dunkin coffee this morning. One of my colleagues who also got iced coffee from there, felt sick. It tasted weird today but I continued drinking it. Please check what you're pouring on coffee.
