I’ve been going to this Dunkin for a while. They’re always kind with please and thank you’s! I went this morning, it’s a whole bunch of new people, which is FINE, BUT.. the line was so long and made me late for work😆 then when I got to the window he had to go find my order, another 5 minutes. I get my food, start opening it while I’m driving, thinking I’m about to have a hearty breakfast before work! THE STUFF IS NOT COOKED ALL THE WAY & AFTER WAITING ALL THAT TIMEDAY, MY STUFFED BAGEL BITES WAS STILL COLD! So I’m late to work for this😭 Train effectively please. New employees are cool just train them on the job, please! Happy Valentine’s Day!

Today i deviated from my normal stop at Starbucks to try the shaken brown sugar espresso at Dunkin . I went through the drive thru at 17579 Halsted St Homewood, IL 60430 my drink was WAY to sweet so i circled back around and requested that it be remade w LESS sugar because i can not handle the amount of sugar that was in my drink . The manager /owner told me that I would need to repay for the drink because it was too expensive for her to remake the drink. I was very surprised by that response I said a customer isn’t happy with the drink that i just order and your saying you can not modify it for me as a paying customer she stated that was correct she would not make it without me repaying because it was to expensive for the store to take on the cost.
Great experience at Dunkin’! Friendly staff, quick service, and my coffee was perfect. Always a reliable stop for a pick-me-up!

Their prices are like Starbucks! I went today and ordered 2 coffee and 2 donuts for $15 I was like what?? I left immediately I did not pay I told her that’s too much and left to an another dunkin location and I paid only $9 for the same items! I avoid going to this location literally watch out people !!!

During my drive thru visit, I requested 5 pumpkin munchkins. While I did receive them, I was also given a broken piece of doughnut as well.

Owner of the Homewood locations is being shady and adding items like "small" "medium" and "large hash browns.
Here is the kicker. They only have 1 size hashbrowns, so when you order a medium they charge you for 2 separate hashbrowns and large they charge for 3. This results in a blindsided outrageous price.
If we want to follow this philosophy, let's start ringing up 3 small coffees when people order 1 large coffee.
Absolutely slimy greedy tactics to steal money from residents.
