As far as drivethru when the male is taking orders then its no problem.. when its the female i guarantee you she is going to mess up your order somehow. Doesnt matter if she repeat it back, she still mess it up EVERY single time.

The women who do the drive thru are very rude; they constantly “forget” to ring up the deals they offer and try to charge you full price then you tell them and get attitude , why offer the deals of you don’t wanna give them ? Giving it 2 stars because the guy is at least pleasant to deal with.

Store # 306279. Ok, I normally don't give a review but this touched my pocket. I've know that the Dunkin franchise can be independently owned/purchased but since this is the case I will pick and choose my locations. I purchased 1/2 of donuts and was charged $9.99 at this location, after sales&city tax $11.09 here. I went to another location 10 minutes away and purchases the exact same thing with an extra large coffee with a shot of Hazel creamer...get this (drumroll plz) $12.18 after sales tax $13.52. So I will leave you with if you want to pay more patronize this location. IF YOUR MONEY IS LONG PURCHASE FROM HERE. I will never ever ever go to this expensive Franchise Owned Location again.

The service with the young ladies was horrible. They would stand behind that counter with their back turned to you and do not acknowledge you standing there waiting to spend your money in their establishment. The ONLY reason they will get three stars for service is because the female manager with glasses came from around the corner and asked if anyone helped me and began to apologize for their insolence. They dare to want to work in a public establishment—the nerve.

I had a fantastic experience at Dunkin' Donuts! The service was quick and friendly, and the coffee and donuts were delicious. I especially enjoyed their signature coffee, which had a rich and smooth flavor. The donuts were fresh, soft, and had a variety of flavors to choose from. The cozy ambiance and clean environment made it a great place to relax and enjoy some treats. I highly recommend Dunkin' Donuts for a delightful coffee and donut experience.

Smh! All I can say. I came up through the drive through and the Indian lady was talking to someone in her language fussing/yelling. Then she yelling down the car in front of me and waving they stuff out the window. They when I finally order she is cutting me off and ask me to keep repeating myself. And then repeating back things o never said I wanted. So I just pulled off and this lady is looking at me like I did something wrong! It’s the audacity for me. I thought I was on the show PUNKED. Unbelievable. Never coming back to this location again!!

Dont go to this Dunkin donuts location! Very horrible service they are all sneaky and protect one another there, and are highly unprofessional and rude and there code of conduct is ridiculous selfish and lazy! A woman with red hair and Hispanic was rude and mean and unfriendly and closed the drive thru doors on me before the store was supposed to close and I called the very next day about that incident and the employee on the phone was scary, unprofessional, and sneaky! They need an ENTIRELY new staff!
