The poor girl working tonight seemed new so this isn’t a reflection on her but it was apparent that she’s definitely stressed out and overwhelmed, there should probably be a second person with her On a Saturday night. 7 pm and the place was a mess, toppings everywhere, nothing had been cleaned. water on the floor by the front door with no sign, two customers slipped and almost fell. By the time she got to us our frozen yogurt was melting. she had to call the manager to help her do a refund for a customer because she didn’t know how. The customers in front of me had to wait for her to switch back and forth several times before they could check out while she grabbed toppings from the closed off shelf for other customers. No replacements for the liquid toppings available and her stressed attitude was very apparent yet justified. All in all the place needs help, streamlined service i.e. better management

I grew up in Flossmoor and used to go here all of the time. When I visit home I have stopped by to grab some frozen yogurt. Today I pay for my order and see a convenience fee on my receipt. There was no posted notice about this. Fees should be disclosed or incorporated into the price of the item being sold. Regardless of the amount, this place is hiding fees, I will not be coming back. FYI other Frozen Yogurt locations aren’t doing this. That tells you all you need to know about individual management here.

Extremely nice, friendly, helpful gentleman at the counter. All flavors were operating which is awesome! Great variety and good value. BRAVO!! ?????
I've been here a few times for yogurt and the experience was fine. I decided to try their Boba and the experience was disappointing, they were low on tapioca and didn't have the flavor I requested, they didn't add ice so we drank them at room temperature. Don't waste your money.

The customer service is terrible! We asked for boba tea, they said they didn't have enough tapioca for two people, they said they didn't have 3 of the flavors requested, and they didn't even put ice in it. On top of that, these girls had attitudes the entire time.

The best Frozen Yogurt in the town and in the State of Illinois. The warm welcome, the cleanliness of the store, the bathroom OMG, you can take a deep breath & smell the amazing clean scent. The owner is an amazing person. Great role model for his employees. I so love this place. It's like a second home, because they treat me with respect. I am a frequent customer & this my place for my sweet tooth. ?
