The poor girl working tonight seemed new so this isn’t a reflection on her but it was apparent that she’s definitely stressed out and overwhelmed, there should probably be a second person with her On a Saturday night. 7 pm and the place was a mess, toppings everywhere, nothing had been cleaned. water on the floor by the front door with no sign, two customers slipped and almost fell. By the time she got to us our frozen yogurt was melting. she had to call the manager to help...
