this was my first time here. i ordered the greek chicken avgolemono soup with a burger/fries. the place was completely empty and it took nearly 45 minutes to get our food. when i got the soup, it was not tasty at all, very very bland - which if you know what real authentic avgolemono soup tastes like you know it's not bland at all, it's a very unique taste! the crackers were stale and hard! my burger was ordered to be cooked medium but came out well done and rubbery but hot and fresh. my fries were not hot and fresh. my coworkers' were not satisfied with their meals either! i will never eat at this place again. i wasted my money here and was not satisfied at all!

I've been here many times before and have never been so disappointed. The food and service used to be great. Today my coworkers and I went for lunch while on a break. We ordered at 1:25 pm. We did not receive our food till 2:00 pm. I ordered a salad with house dressing a half hour later I received a salad with kraft dressing packets. My coworkers received their food and after a half hour wait it wasn't even hot! My fountain drink came out with film floating on the top. Even the cashier said it was disgusting when I returned it! No one was even in the restaurant so I have no idea what took so long but I feel like I wasted my money here!

This is the first time I have been into an Italian deli that did not have pizza setups. When I asked staff members, they said they didn't think that they had any, they haven't had any in a long time, but I could check the cooler...really? I won't be back

Great food but the last 3 times at least that we've tried to go there for dinner (at 7:30, in the muddle of the dinner hour lol) they've “already closed the whole kitchen†even though the doors were open, people were eating, and the open sign was still on, and didn't even offer to sell premade stuff (chips, drinks, etc). I work in a restaurant and get that it's annoying to make an order after you've cleaned up, but seriously? It's not even worth it to stop here if you can never tell if they'll actually take your order or not.

picked up 2 Cobb salads. No avacado no bread. My salad dressing was supposed to be Italian dressing and it wa a cup of oil. when I called I had to call 4 time before someone answered and then questioned me why I wanted a manager. the manager said that's what there Italian dressing was...oil I spent 20 dollars on salads I threw away
What else needs to be said. Food is great. People are friendly. Prices are right! The food is alway very good.
