Took about 15 min for a single chocolate shake. Drivethru
I would give no stars if I could. Ordered dinner for the family. Over half the order was wrong. They forgot a shake. It only seemed like one person was working, while another was talking non-stop on their cell phone. If one thing in the order was wrong, I'd class that as a mistake. But messing up over half of a $110 order for a family of six just says, "I don't care about your patronage. I don't care about you." Well, that's fine. They will no longer have my patronage. I advise people to go to other restaurants if you want good service and to actually receive what you paid for.

First time food was cold didn't get what I ordered ordered chicken nuggets got chicken sandwich fries and cheese burgers all cold cook came to take my ordered cashier was to busy on his phone tried calling no one will answer 😑

Terrible service had an online order for a family with the order not on my phone but the card I had paid with matching the name. They said people had been stealing food so they would not give me mine again had the matching credit card and name had to go back home have my mother go and get it so I could take care of my children and they forget a shake terrible service and to not post this on the website is wild

Waited in line for some frozen custard for 10mins and upon approach of the window I was given melted custard that was dripping out of the cup. Asked for a remake and they said they didn't have any more custard at 630pm. Don't recommend.
I predict this location will not be open very long. Waited 10 minutes to place an order and another 15 minutes waiting for somebody to come to the window and actually bring the order. I'm going to be writing a letter to corporate because I also happen to work for the health department and I saw them repeatedly open a burger and constantly check the contents and then put it in a bag to give to a customer. Stay away The service is deplorable they simply do not care that you are a customer and seem to be under the impression that they work for themselves.

Went in for a cup of water for myself and my REGISTERED service dog, only to be met with threats and miss treatment. I can understand not wanting animals in the restaurant. But this is a REGISTERED SERVICE dog, and all we needed was water. AND they knew we weren’t staying in the building after telling the workers MULTIPLE times. DO BETTER.

If I could give less than 1 star for service I would. Last night (10/01/24) at 9pm I sat at the drive through for 10-15 minutes without ever being greeted. After waiting around I finally decided to head to Culver’s instead.
As I was pulling off, I stopped at the drive-thru window to see if anyone was working and there was the employee hanging out. He made eye contact with me and still never greeted us. Service could not be any worse. Ended up at Culver’s instead. BEWARE OF HOMEWOOD LOCATION. Terrible service.

Burgers and fried were good, but service not so much. asked for a booster seat to be cleaned and got attitude. instead of cleaning the seat. an employee brought me a dirty high chair that I ended up cleaning myself.
After the meal, I went to order an ice cream and was told the machines had already been cleaned and shut off. that was an hour and a half before they closed.

i came in today.. and the building smelled like straight DOOKIE. like something’s wrong with the pipes i couldn’t even enjoy my lunch break & sit down and have a good meal the restaurant smell so bad! never again. please fix.

This location has went down hill since it opened. The customer service is horrible. Their drive thru speaker doesn't work but there is no sign up informing guest that we have to pull up the window to place order. The short woman that works there acts as if she didn't want to take anybody's order. There is only 2 people working there on today. The lady was working the drive thru and the front register while the guy was cooking and bagging the orders. This place use to be one of my favorites but now one of my least favorites. I won't be coming back for a while until they get better service.

Had the occasion to visit this location several weeks ago.
A little disappointing. The dining was a tad bit filthy. The tables, floor and counter where the pop dispenser is located had pop spillage.
The staff too busy have a good time joking and laughing.
