Same great results every time

My friend loves Harold's Chicken,however this particular franchise was not so good.. they had no fish. The wait time was about 30 and the food was not the best.. I asked to have sauce out in the side. However it was based all on my fries which turned them very soggy.. not one of my favorite restaurants..

The wait is always ridiculous (45+ minutes), something is always missing or incorrect in the order, and they do not provide refunds for missing items.

My order said pick up at 6:17 and I went at 6:17 and my order was not ready a lady wanted bread and they did not no bread.

This is the best Harolds Chicken & Bar-B-Q to me! I usually try to go to the one in Dyer, but sometimes the food there isn’t consistent. The Homewood location always comes through,the food is tasty every time and they don’t skimp on the sauce.

The only downside is the wait time, but honestly, the flavor makes it worth it.

I’ve had Harold’s for years from many if the stores, but this one is the best. I mean even the fries are EXTRA GREAT, perfectly crispy but still fluffy inside. It’s nice to know somebody still cares about what they serve. Going forward, THIS is my spot for chicken !

I ordered on app. It yold me to pick up in 45 minutes. When i picked it up it was cold. I asked for lemon pepper on the fries and there was nothing.

Waitied over a hour and chicken wings wasn’t fried hard as requested and they didn’t put barely any sauce on my wings I suggest going to the Harold’s in Dyer, IN I’ve never had this experience with them!
