We used to only go to the South Holland Jimmy John’s but when it closed, we ended up primarily going to Munster. Well, one day we switched it up and tried the Homewood location and from day one, Ka’myah deserved this review. We walk into the door and she knows exactly who we are and our orders. She goes above and beyond for her customers and never fails! She is so kind/ courteous and it needs to be put in writing if it hasn’t been already! Thank you Ka’myah, for constantly bringing so much bright/beautiful energy to us customers. You don’t go unnoticed!

I haven't had a bad experience at this JJ's. After a 14hr day I'll travel here to find no lines and smiling faces and great attitudes. The #9 giant gets me through the night and is always fresh and only after about 6-7minutes.

I called in to place an order and the staff was very rude and short with me. I have also placed orders on DoorDash and the store would confirm they have given my order to a driver while knowing that they are not receiving door dash orders at the time. The staff that works on the Sundays are not welcoming to customers.

My husband ordered a Italian sub w no mayo because he's allergic. We got home he was starving after not eating all day and his sandwich had mayo on it. I'm so glad he checked before he bit into it as it could of caused a major health issue. This makes us so upset. We were sure to say no mayo but there was a glob on both sides of the sandwich. I love Jimmy Jon's but this new mayo on everything is ridiculous. Very verry dissapointed! The menu did not list mayo on the Itallion sub and who wants mayo on a Italian sub anyway, gross. Jimmy Jon's needs to pay more attention to their customer request. This could of put my husband in anaphylaxis shock which would stop him from breathing. Major chance of a heavy lawsuit This is a serious red flag. Wake up Jummy Jons

The manager was very rude. I was reaching for my chips for a combo meal that I paid for. He walked up to the register and asked very nasty did you place a combo order. Without checking with his staff. I noticed that he was rude to white elderly man. I will not come back to this location

Not freaky. Not fast. You can’t prioritize delivery and web orders over the people standing there waiting for their sandwiches. That’s poor customer service.
