Twice now I have seen one of the employees run his hands through his hair from behind the counter and not even wash them afterwards. I don't know if he's only on the register and never touches the food, but it is very off-putting so close to where the food is handled.

Walked in an ordered a Gargantuan. The guy said there wasn't a button for that. He could make it but the price wouldn't be right. Obviously he didn't want to make my sandwich. I do not want anyone making a sandwich that doesn't want to. No surprise ingredients for me. How can you not look online and see that it is $10.49. I will not be returning here and it was the closest to my work. Bummer but that's life.
