I used to love going to this place. On Dec 11th around 4 pm I got the worst steak burrito. The meat was dried out, hard and over cooked and I purchased 2. Quality control can kill a business and I wish the person who prepared the meat made a better choice. You will not save money sacrificing quality. #norefundsnoexchange!!!!! Unacceptable

Terrible the food and service is jst terrible when they first opened they were good but now they got a lot going. They continue to miss my orders up and do not want to remake or refund. I live close by so I gave them multiple trys. I kno not to order the steak because it’s always old and dry so I ordered simple chicken tacos and the failed they were absolutely disgusting never again I keep having problems with them it’s even wrong order or bad food save your money!!!

Recently order two sets of dipping tacos. Why did they not give me the dipping soup. Thier resolution was 5% on my next meal. Not pleased at all. 30 dollars for 6 basic as tacos. Horrible experience.

For the second time in less than two months, I have called in an order of shrimp tacos and reiterated at least twice that EVERYTHING should be on them and then they confirmed exactly what the everything was and I said “YES” only to get home and open my food containers to tortillas and shrimp! Tonight was the final straw. I ordered the shrimp tacos and my stepson ordered steak tacos and they gave him BEEF instead! I am fuming! I did call and they offered for a replacement, but that meant that we would have to leave our home and DRIVE back to their location. No, I am not about to give you an opportunity to play in my food. Sadly, this is the end of this restaurant relationship for me. I loved the shrimp tacos, but after this happening twice, this loyal customer is gone.
Cashier is rude and dismissive, very unprofessional. Sat for half hour usually takes about 10 mins but that’s even understandable. It’s the nasty attitude of the cashier as the reason for bad experience. I come here often but today was a disappointment. I drove very far because it’s my birthday and I had an intense craving but service but service/customer service sucked. Also the door is broken and if you’re not careful you could hurt yourself. Good food but broken door & bad attitudes ?

Since I’ve visited Juanchos Mexican Restaurant I was blown away by their delicious birria ramen noodles, burritos dinner, tacos, even their corn in the cup! The portion sizes are incredibly generous, ensuring you get great value for your money. As a fan customer who frequents both the Homewood and Chicago Heights locations, I can confidently say that no other Mexican restaurant in the city of Chicago compares.
I travel over 26 miles from my hometown to enjoy their amazing food and impeccable service. Juanchos is a must-try for anyone looking for a traditional, authentic, flavorful and satisfying dining experience. You won’t be disappointed!

At first they were really good but lately not too much. I normally order the steak tacos and meat is not right and very soo dry tacos. Sometimes the hard pieces of meat within the tacos and meat is just very dry. The seasoning is good but they need to aquire a better quality meat. Also the shrimp tacos are vey spicy which they don't inform you about.
