My experience was great but some around me were displeased all I wanted were the st Patty's day glaze which there were enough of but others left empty handed as at before 11:00 am on saturday they were out of donuts that were not rings.

The sale price advertised for glazed donuts, Contains fine print that states "with purchase at full price". $18 For one dozen donuts plus 1 dozen at the sale price.,,, At the very least the advertisement has deceptive advertising practices within. Then waiting at the drive through for "fifteen minutes" only to find out how much for a sale priced item, That really wasn't on sale, Without the additional purchase at full price.

First off, I asked for a hot specialty latte. They told me some kind of machine was down so they could only do frozen drinks and coffee. I asked for the vanilla mocha and ordered a specialty donut. They didn’t have the donut either. I ordered something else. It took a long time to get my food, the customer service was poor and my coffee was cold. It wasn’t even warm. This was my first time ever going to Krispy Kreme and it will be my last. I’ll stick with my Starbucks
Extremely disappointed. ? I had been wanting Krispy Kreme for weeks now, but there isn’t one in my town or close to me. So I convinced my husband to take a drive to the closest one to us ! We made a whole little trip out of it with the kids an all, who were also so excited to get the donuts! So we go, and get 2 dozen original donut as they handed us the boxes the boxes were cold ( not room temperature cold!!) almost like they’re been sitting in a fridge. When asked if we could please get some warm ones. We even offer to wait if we needed too, it was only 6pm and the store didn’t close until 10pm. The worker there responded “No! We don’t have any hot ones, the heat lamps not working.” And that was that. I was disappointed, hope everyone else has a better experience.

Took the kids to this location the day after Christmas thinking it would be fun, it was the kids first visit. I checked the website/social media the day before to verify they would be open, regular hours were posted. Got there around 8:30 am, the doors were locked and hot light was off. There were 4 employees sitting at a booth with krispy kreme uniforms on, they looked right at me and the kids, and then went back to staring at their phones. We went through the drive through, the gal working said they only had classic glaze. When I pulled up, I could clearly see other varieties of doughnuts sitting in the case. The whole experience was really disappointing. Will never go back.

Day after Christmas we brought the kids to have a donut. Posted hours say they are open, but a sign on the door says "driver-thru only." We get back in the car and see three employees lounging at a table. To make it worse, when we attempt to place our order, they only have one variety of donut, nevermind the three employees sitting on their butts having coffee! Will not be coming back....
