Excellent dining experience. This was our first time at La Voute Bistro and it did not disappoint. For an appetizer we started with the Soup Du Jour and Mussels. For the entrees we enjoyed Chicken Zucchini with Mozzarella, Ravioli Di Formaggio Con Tartufo, Jumbo scallops and all American burger. The food was outstanding and our server Laura was fantastic and very knowledgeable. We look forward to returning soon!

Very slow service. I ordered what they called chicken Francese which is supposed to be a battered chicken but instead I got chicken that was covered in eggs and didn’t taste good at all. No texture. Not offered anything else in return and service was so slow I wasn’t going to order another dish after already being there for 2 hours. Not the same quality restaurant as it was a few years ago.

I can’t say enough about this restaurant, it’s modern and comfortable, the food was excellent I’ve been twice and never been disappointed!! I had my birthday celebration last year with my family and because I had a party of 14 we couldn’t dine in the private vault but It was even better how they accommodated us, this restaurant is reasonably priced, the service is EXCEPTIONAL! The food was amazing. My new favorite restaurant close to the city, a hidden gem!
We were a large dinner party of 16 so our waitress was a little overwhelmed I guess. And food took very long to arrive, and a couple didn't arrive correctly. She was pleasant though.

The food was excellent! My filet was cooked to perfection. I had the mashed potatoes for a side, and they were soooo buttery good, and usually when it comes to mashed potatoes, I can take them or leave them, but these were scrumptious. I chose the double chocolate gelato and my daughter had the Creme Brule for dessert. Both were delicious. The wait staff was great- friendly, but it appeared that they were short staffed because the servers were in constant motion. It was overall a great experience.

Tony sucks……. Besides their french onion soup, La voute needs to switch some things up over there
This is the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. I overheard Tony one of the servers today berate and completely attack my absolute favorite server who is the nicest human I have ever met. When the managers were informed of this situation they all defended Tony and only cared about her not leaving them in the woods on a busy day. The management and serving team needs to be held accountable for the awful way they treat their staff and the kind of people they are hiring to represent their business. Tony needs to be fired and FOH management needs a much needed upgrade. This is NOT the first time I have seen this behavior at this place and seems to me like it won’t be the last.

Ah, where do I even begin… I recently dined here and unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by the rude and unprofessional behavior of our server Tony. From the moment we were seated, it was evident that Tony’s attitude was less than welcoming.Throughout the meal, Tony exhibited a lack of attentiveness and seemed disinterested in providing adequate service. Tony was abrupt in their responses and appeared impatient when we had questions about the menu. Tony’s demeanor made the dining experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. On top of that he was extremely mean and unprofessional towards my 86 year old mother on Mother’s day of all days!! Worst Mother’s day ever!!Despite the subpar service, the quality of the food was decent. My personal favorite was the faux-filet. However, the overall experience was marred by the unprofessional conduct of our server. In my 30 years of working as a food critic for a travel & food magazine, it’s disheartening to see such a lack of hospitality in the service industry.I hope that La Voûte Bistro addresses this issue and provides better training for their staff to ensure that all guests receive the courteous service they deserve.
Kid-friendliness: I believe not very kid-friendly given how Tony treated my mother on Mother’s day.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible… but watchout if your server is Tony. He is not very nice to the people on the wheelchair (aka my 86 y/o mother)

The food itself wasn’t bad, but the service is atrocious. Whenever I’ve had a long hard day of work, I come here for a big hot bowl of French onion soup to soothe my nerves. Well, let’s just say the nerves were not soothed. My server, I think his name was Tony, was so belligerently rude that I could hardly finish my highly desired bowl of French cuisine. Will not be coming again in fear of being served by Tony.

From the time he came and asked us for drinks to the time he came back and asked what food order we wanted it has already been 30 minutes. This was on a Tuesday with minimal people sat at other tables. There are plenty of other restaurants in Homewood which will actually treat you with respect.
