The male cashier was super kind, & professional to Dr. Shelby, & I. The place was clean, presentable, & everyone was on their p's, & ques, doing their job. The pizza was excellent, piping hot, pure yum. I will be going back.

I came here to get the best pizza in the town, and what a delight it was to meet such hardworking and dedicated young men. Especially Dean and Marterell!! They greeted me with such a big smile and great service. It was first time here and it certainly won't be my last. Atmosphere was clean and it didn't smell gross, lol..

This was my first time eating Marcos from the commercials that they constantly run on television. The dough didn't taste freshly made, the pizza sauce had no flavor, the cheese was adequate, vegetables were mediocre. We discarded the rest of the uneaten pizza slices. The best part of this pizza was not finishing it. The cashier seem bothered and agitated and I didn't get my napkins, cups, plates, etc. This pizza was definitely not worth a third of it's price. I will not be eating here ever again. Very disappointed Marcos Pizza.

This particular location used to be a frequent option when I needed to feed the family with a quick meal at a decent cost. However, something has changed in the last few months to a year.
Multiple times, I have ordered via their website and the delivery person was extremely late OR the restaurant didn't start making my food until I called to check on my order that should have been delivered a hour prior. Multiple times, I have ordered and decided to pick up the food myself...only to be waiting for a hour because they didn't put my pizza in the oven.
I've never had these issues before, now all of the sudden it seems like an issue every single time. It's become tiresome and even considered calling back management via the coupons they send to my house. I've decided to take my business elsewhere to Beggar's or across the street to Domino's.
Hopefully, they figure it out. But they've screwed up too many times recently to want to spend any more money there. Too bad because the pizzas are great...when I don't have to wait two hours for a delivery or a hour when I pickup (and that's after waiting 45 minutes at home before going!).
