I have never experienced such horrifying pizza, dry, most of the crust didn't have sauice on it. I ordered a total of 4 pizzas , one for myself and 3 for the hospital staff. Never never a ill I buy from this place again. They hare very rude and unprofessional. Nasty attitude. Run from this place!!!

Good food. Weird service. 2 counter people walk to the far register when I enter the store so I follow them to the register thinking they need to ring up my called in order. I'm the only customer in store. I wait while they talk to each other for about 3 minutes ignoring me. The look up at me looking at them and not at the other register saying somebody will help you over there. I point out that nobody is over at that register(there were about 5 people I could see in the back making pizzas). So original counter guy yells to the back for somebody to come help me while he keeps writing on his paper taking to the other counter guy. Just felt really odd in there. Pizza tasted fine.

Truly saddened that a local restaurant within the community provides such shameful customer service. We ordered a semi-large pizza order today for employee appreciation day, entered our address as it is listed on our building and the driver claims she could not find us. I also work in fast food, which is where the order was supposed to be delivered, so I was unable to respond to texts or calls. I eventually called them back to be told they could not find us-mind you, our address is clearly listed on our building and we only have one building, not super hard to find. I was told they would re-deliver, when I asked for an eta, I was told by "manager" Eric that he was unsure as he only had one driver. I kindly asked for the order to be remade since there was not an estimated time of delivery. Eric proceeds to hang up...when I call him back to explain that was extremely rude and inconsiderate he said it was my fault for not listing a business name, Eric, that was not an option when I placed the order-had it been, I would have. AND you should NEVER put blame on a customer for a mistake with your delivery driver. My request seemed fair, if you do not have adequate staff to deliver the order and you do not have a time frame for delivery-the food should absolutely be remade. I again, explain this is for EMPLOYEE APPRECIATION DAY-I cannot serve them cold and old food, he snaps back and says "I am not remaking it, I will cancel the order." Eric, you have extremely horrid customer service skills and I am appalled that a franchise owner would allow someone like you to run an establishment. Eric didn't want to hear anymore and hung up TWICE, but before he hung up, I advised that we would be contacting corporate, Eric's response was "go for it!" I soon realized why Eric was so nonchalant, because there is no corporate number or email to notify anyone of the bad service they receive. I really feel bad for anyone who has had to deal with this and was also unable to contact someone to rectify the issue. Marco's Pizza and manager Eric need to do better.

Don't let the appearance fool you! Marco's garlic parmesan wings are amazing! The pizza could have used just a dab of salt...but overall it was definitely worth the commute from Chicago! The variety is plentiful! You can't lose!

I placed an advance order on Friday for a Sunday Delivery. Right after the restaurant opened I received order updates (preparing/baking/out for delivery). My order was delivered on time, the store delivery representative was kind and polite, everything was hot, delicious and most importantly accurate!
The staff was so friendly when we walked in the door the first thing they said was good afternoon and how may I help you.And when we asked for extra garlic butter it wasn't a problem. Thank you for such great service.Vegetarian options: I feel that a Vegetarian could order a vegetable pizza, but I am not sure about the crust.
My family orders here every Friday. Today, we came in to place an order in person. I waited before someone recognized. He was polite and said he’d be a minute. When he came to the register he asked if I preordered. I said no. He asked me to wait and take the order behind me. That was fine. Than another person came in he than asked me to wait while he took that call in order. Next the manager came to the register took asked if I called in, I said I was placing an order. He than took the next two people with at walked in with no apology. Finally, when he took my order, he said “that’s why people put there orders in online.”

The pizza was hot and ready on time butit kinda tasted a lot like digiorno but better cooked. The employees were nice and the inside of the restaurant was tidy.
