I ordered a Deluxe Spicy Chicken Sandwich from here and got the order wrong 2 times. The communication is terrible in this McDonald’s they always struggle and I’m not always getting my food done correctly. I’m done coming to this McDonald’s the lines are so long for no reason very easy food I can go in there myself make the food and pay for it.. easy job not rocket science just heat it up and dress it easy as that. Only McDonald’s close to me and near by fast food chains are the same way to idk if it’s from diversity but bring back some hard workers no turd off the street

RUDE AND HORRIBLE SERVICE! I STOOD THERE FOR 10 MINUTES NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGED ME OR HELPED ME. I ASKED THE GUY CLEANING THE TABLES CAN SOMEONE HELP ME AND HE DIDNT SPEAK ENGLISH! ANOTHER PERSON CAME IN TO ORDER AND THEY HELPED THEM RIGHT AWAY CAUSING ME TO STEP AHEAD OF HIM BECAUSE I WAS THERE FIRST. THESE PEOPLE WERE SO IGNORANT AND RUDE AND ACTED LIKE I WAS A PROBLEM WHEN I DID NOTHING BUT WAIT PATIENTLY TO BE SERVED. I WAS HAVING A GREAT DAY UNTIL I STEPPED INTO THIS DEVILS LAIR. Poor service. I waited @ register(I had special requests), no one gave me the time of day. I ordered @ order kiosk board. When I received a bag of food for eat-in, it did not have mayo, salt,pepper nor napkins. Food was barely room temperature

I only order the filet-o-fish sandwich. I am always disappointed by the way they slap the sandwich together. They never put the right amount of tartar sauce on the sandwich. Even when you request extra tartar sauce you get way less than the sandwich should have, based on McDonalds that do it right. Also, the bun is often not steamed and the fish is often not hot. I consider myself lucky if I receive one that's warm.
Horrible customer service and is always missing food in my order. This is the 3rd time and I will not be going back smh

Everybody was so rude in the morning, I just came off a long 12 hours and for them to be up so early in the morning with attitudes is ridiculous. Sometimes it’s the way you say things to people that can really make somebody’s day. Even when I spoke to the manager, he had no customer service skills, no smile or apology. He just backed up whatever the crew was saying without even trying to resolve the issue and make a happy customer. They need more training. Terrible

They just closed from the inside during working hours and did not let customers in because there was a line for drive-thru. And what about other hungry customers, and how do other establishments cope with both?!

I don't understand how it's humanly possible to mess up every single item in an order. My wife and I ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal with ketchup only, a large diet coke, a big mac with no pickle or onion, a strawberry milkshake, and a mccrispy with no pickles. The cheeseburgers were loaded with every topping possible, the coke was regular, not diet, the big mac had onions practically grilled onto the burger, the milkshake was vanilla, and the mccrispy tasted like it had been stepped on. Not sure what happened here.
