I’m highly disappointed in this McDonald’s and their staff. My mom ordered a burger with no onions. She got home, realized the burger had onions.. went to return the burger and they refused to give her a refund or the burger without onions. It’s on the receipt and the wrapper that no onions should have been on the burger. She showed the manager the burger with the onions on it and she still refused. Hire people with sense.. please

Disappointed by the level of service. I went to order. Waited nearly minutes to acknowledge I was at the register. Cashier show no customer service acumen at all. No apology for the wait or thank you for service. Unfortunately, to make matters worse, the quality of the food is not where it was expected to be. This would be unacceptable in other neighborhoods, but in communities of color, poor customer service is to be expected apparently. Very disappointed by my experience.

This is the second time within 3 weeks that my order was incorrect. I ordered a Chicken Nugget Happy Meal…they forgot the fries. Today ordered a Chicken Nugget Happy Meal and a 10 piece Chicken Nugget Meal and they forgot got the FRIES. Also, BOTH of the drinks are wrong!!

I ordered a Deluxe Spicy Chicken Sandwich from here and got the order wrong 2 times. The communication is terrible in this McDonald’s they always struggle and I’m not always getting my food done correctly. I’m done coming to this McDonald’s the lines are so long for no reason very easy food I can go in there myself make the food and pay for it.. easy job not rocket science just heat it up and dress it easy as that. Only McDonald’s close to me and near by fast food chains are the same way to idk if it’s from diversity but bring back some hard workers no turd off the street

RUDE AND HORRIBLE SERVICE! I STOOD THERE FOR 10 MINUTES NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGED ME OR HELPED ME. I ASKED THE GUY CLEANING THE TABLES CAN SOMEONE HELP ME AND HE DIDNT SPEAK ENGLISH! ANOTHER PERSON CAME IN TO ORDER AND THEY HELPED THEM RIGHT AWAY CAUSING ME TO STEP AHEAD OF HIM BECAUSE I WAS THERE FIRST. THESE PEOPLE WERE SO IGNORANT AND RUDE AND ACTED LIKE I WAS A PROBLEM WHEN I DID NOTHING BUT WAIT PATIENTLY TO BE SERVED. I WAS HAVING A GREAT DAY UNTIL I STEPPED INTO THIS DEVILS LAIR. I WILL NEVER BE BACK AND IM TELLING MY CO WORKERS NOT TO SUPPORT THIS PLACE.

Poor service. I waited @ register(I had special requests), no one gave me the time of day. I ordered @ order kiosk board. When I received a bag of food for eat-in, it did not have mayo, salt,pepper nor napkins. Food was barely room temperature
