Went to the drive up for a Simple drink order for 2 people... Asked for a Diet coke and a milkshake... We received a mixed concoction of everything except diet coke and a shake that was as runny as water... So pathetic they couldn't get it right...👎

It's always something broken at this location. It's been months and the mocha isn't working...trash
You put your own order in, they don’t take cash, they basically hand you your bag, so there's not much service. But that’s how McDonalds wants it.

Had to repeat my order 3 times before they got it right on the drive thru screen which was just a Happy Meal with the cheeseburger plain. Then when I received the order they still got it wrong! Had to park get out the car and go inside because the drive thru line was too long even though they have double lanes to take 2 orders at once. Other than that, the food itself, once correct, was good hot & fresh.
None of the drive-thru employees, including the manager, didn't have McDonald's shirts.

I'm really surprised that there are so many bad reviews. Never had a problem there. It's my usual place for early breakfast. As far as food .....oh well. It is McDonald's, so what can you expect. Service is friendly, and you can actually have your breakfast with a smile, sometimes ?. They are polite and always greeting you and wishing you a good day. Never messed up my order. Many other places do. Especially Dunkin donuts. I'll see them soon again.
