Service very very very very slow customer service is really bad bad attitudes waited for my food for over 30 minutes which is a damn shame this is Panda Express we are talking about not Golden Corral or Texas Roadhouse you know the good restaurants

The staff at this Panda Express is always friendly, and the food is consistently hot and fresh. I really appreciate that. Unfortunately, this time my order was incorrect, and I didn’t realize it until I got home. It happens, but next time I’ll be sure to double‑check before leaving. Overall, still a solid experience with room for improvement.

Good customer service. Only downside was that she handed me the bag in a way that caused the plate container to open. Luckily only a few noodles fell into the bag.

I order by DoorDash I was really disappointed with my recent order. I found a small piece of plastic bag in my food, and there were random pieces of lettuce and noodles mixed in with the fried rice. It made me question whether the rice had been reused from another order, especially since white rice, fried rice, noddle are supposed to be prepared separately. After noticing all that, I completely lost my appetite. I hope the restaurant takes this seriously and improves food safety and quality. Hopefully I don’t get sick

I stopped going to Panda because the customer service at the one by my house is awful but decided to stop in this location on a whim when I was shopping in Homewood yesterday afternoon. Food was really good. Everything was fresh and everything was ready when I walked in. The two girls that helped me were so sweet and professional. Definitely will be back

Attempted to pay for food in drive thru on 3/11 and system would not accept card payments. After leaving to get cash and confirming my accounts had not been compromised (because all I was told is that your cards are declined) I called back and was told the stores system was down and was told to order online and pick up. Online not working either, went to get cash, arrived back 9:23. Doors were locked. Employees still on site!! Please communicate better!! 😐

I sent my granddaughter to buy food and to get some for everybody to drink. I asked for a Sprite pop I was sleeping by the time she got back , I told my granddaughter to remove the ice and put my pop in the refrigerator for later. . Got up went get my pop and it tasted like seltzer water , I been calling panda express to let them know what was going on and they not picking up the phone is 830 and They not picking up the phone that is so crazy. I don’t calls until nine something y’all can’t take a call from a person doing business with y’all, I feel like that is so jacked up, this not the first time this happened before some rice that wasn’t fully cooked .i’m going to stop doing business with ya’ll it’s always something.

The food is good, but I would NOT recommend doing an online order, unless you’re okay with them substituting your order with whatever they decide to pick. I ordered multiple meals with Beijing beef, and when I picked up my order and got home, I realized NONE of our meals had Beijing beef. They had run out of Beijing beef and just randomly decided to give us orange chicken for all of our meals instead. The Beijing beef was all we wanted and the whole reason we ordered from here.

I would have preferred if they had contacted me or waited until I got there to ask me what I’d like in place of the Beijing beef. Because I would NOT have selected orange chicken as a substitute. I would have picked something else or waited for another batch of Beijing beef to come out. They were also out of sweet & sour sauce. But the employees were very friendly.

If I do eat here again, I’ll make sure to place my order in the restaurant so I can make sure I’m getting exactly what I order/pay for.

Went in here today on Sunday, October 27, 2024 to pick up an Uber Eats order and a little black girl cashier in here was trying to act like a boss. Asked me to confirm the order which is fine but then she expects me to show her my phone so that she can see the confirmation. There is no confirmation to show her. Shouldn't she be able to look at her own system to see that the order is confirmed?
She's trying too hard, she's bossy and way too controlling. And, no Uber Eats driver needs her telling them how to do their job. We know what to do.
Zero stars for her attitude.
