We've been going here since they opened many years ago. Heard many negative things lately and had to see for myself. So disappointed. Staff was nice but the place is horribly run down and the food was mediocre at best. Serving sices have been skinned down while prices have increased. Simply not worth the run across town. Sad.

I always get their Italian beef and they’re normally delicious but this time it was disgusting. No flavor. Taste like I was eating water. The worse beef I’ve eaten from anywhere.

Had to change my rating because it seems there is always something wrong with my order. I ordered a gyro and the onions and tomatoes on it looked like they were thrown in the air and sliced like fruit ninja style. I end up having to take them off because they are too large. Most places cut onions into rings, but here you get a gigantic chunk that you need to chop up yourself or take it off. Also, the gyros are the smallest I have ever seen. The fries are either undercooked or overcooked. I once ordered a salad and it was a fourth cup of green-tinted water that I had to drain from the tray. I ordered breaded chicken and got grilled chicken. There was no straw in the bag for my pop. All of these things added up to a review change. Update: so now as picture shows the vegetables are cut properly now but they raised the prices and look at the world's smallest gyro. Smh. I tried and can't do it no more smh.

This was the second time trying This place,and probably my last. I had hotdogs the French fries was way over cooked, I would think if you haven't sold you French fries after so long you through them out ,don't continue to drop them and serve them. Garbage!

At this very moment I am eating chicken tenders with honey mustard dip and fries from here and it is super good. I love their chicken tenders because they're not overly crispy or hard and the flavor is perfect. The honey mustard dip is really good. The fries also are cooked perfectly and they are perfectly salted. The other day I had a cheeseburger from here along with their seasoned fries and again it was spot on. I really love this place. The service is great. Everyone I've had communication with here has been very nice. The prices are very reasonable for such good food. Cannot wait to try more of their menu items.

This is my go to place. They have a little bit of everything. I tried the Greek Salad for the first time. It was plentiful and delicious. I LOVE the soups. Everything is always HOT. The monster dog. I had that for my birthday dinner.

Pop's hardly ever misses!!!! I had the beef and sausage combo and it was as good as always. You have to get a side of the Italian beef gravy to dip your fries. Trust me!!!!

I had their chicken wrap today made with grilled chicken along with their cream of lemon chicken rice soup and both were amazing and absolutely perfect. This was my first time ordering from Pop's Italian beef and I'm so glad I did. It was my first time having cream of lemon chicken rice soup also and it was really scrumptious. Thanks also for the two bags of crackers that were thrown in. ? The service was really great. My food was ready in like 5 minutes flat. Thanks for a great experience and a great dinner! From now on I will not only be delivering Pop's Italian Beef as an Uber Eats delivery driver, I will also be eating it. :D

Was on my lunch break with my sister. She ordered our stuff online. Said it would be ready in 5 mins. Just got two fries, cheeseburger, mozzarella sticks and two Oreo milkshakes. My sister went inside to get it and it wasn’t ready. They was calling up everyone but her. Even people that just ordered inside. She waited for 30 mins and that basically took away our whole hour lunch break opposed to it sayin it would be ready in 5. Customers coughing everywhere, people just staring. Finally got our food ans thinking it would be hot and fresh since we waited so long and only had 15 mins left of our break. Come to find out her mozzarella sticks was cold. My cheeseburger was lukewarm and I asked for no tomato and it was on there. My fries was definitely old and re dipped. Super oily. Had it all over my fingers. My sis fries was all old at the bottom of the bag and fresh at the top. And our milkshakes was disgusting as well. Bunch of crushed up Oreo cookies mashed at the bottom. It looked like someone chewed it up and spit it out at the bottom of the cup and covered it with ice cream on top. 2nd time of us coming here. 1st time was good. But definitely not coming back again. Food is too expensive to be throwing away and working hard for my money for my stuff to be handed to me that way.
