My experience, at Pop's Italian Beef Restaurant, has all ways been a pleasant one. The food there is very delicious and homemade fresh. We bought our your grand twins there, at the time they were 6yrs. old, a few years ago, and they still ask about coming back. The staff treated them so well and were so impressed with their young mannerisms, and said to us, to bring them back at anytime. Yesterday, was our first time back, since we'd brought them 2years ago, and still, it was a great experience.

Food was ok Not as good as the original store in Palos Heights. But the store is filthy. Dust on the ceiling fans and lighting over where the food is given out and the floor and glass block are discussing. Entry doors haven't seen window cleaner in a while. Makes me wonder what the food prep areas look like. Won't be stopping back at this location

The fries are shower string. Meaning not cooked all the way literally l, very flimsy. The gyro same. Great taste but the gyro is suppose to more brown than served. The pita bread..... yall literally dont do anything with it. Other places put it on the grill. Don't worry I will go else where.

Pops has the best cheeseburgers and fries. Workers at this location are very nice.
We just went there around 4 today, the place is dirty no air flies all over and one employee had a beats headphones on . Absolutely horrible the Italian sausage was not cook all thd way still pink on the inside. Will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

Had the breaded steak sandwich and it was ghastly! Tasted like frozen chicken fried steak patties covered in bitter tomato paste... absolutely DISGUSTING
Also tried the lemon rice soup - how is the chicken so dry in a soup? It LOOKED super hearty but had absolutely no flavor or seasoning!
