Placed a big order for the office and when I went to pick it up, it was ready by the time I arrived. 2 of the employees there were very kind and brought everything to my car all I had to do was pop the trunk for them! I am very appreciative and they get a well deserved 5 stars from me and my staff! ❤️

It took a while to get our food, but it was well worth the wait! Delicious beef sandwiches, dipped with hot peppers! Absolutely perfect! And a large cheese fry! The fries were hot and crispy! Any French fry lovers dream!

I was very disappointed with the overall cleanliness during my recent visit to Portillo’s. The dining area was not well maintained; the floor was wet from a spill, the counter near the beverage station was wet and sticky, and the majority of the tables were dirty. I ultimately had to clean a table myself in order to sit down and eat. This reflects poorly on the restaurant’s standards of cleanliness and overall customer experience.
