Why do they always manage to mess up our orders at this location? Every single time! Whether we go through the drive-thru or dine in, they manage to get something wrong. And I've witnessed other people going off on them twice before because of the same complaints.

Hot dogs were warm, not hot.
Cheeseburger was piping hot and juicy! Onion rings were a little overcooked. Fries were okay.
