Ingredibly slow service and store was empty! Asked for something for my wait. Cashier was reluctant then said I could have a cookie.
Do better!
Had a catering order for 5:45 pick up. They called my twice to let me know they were really busy and it would be around 6. I get there at 6:02 and my order hasn't even been started! I had a meeting that started at 6:30. The manager I spoke with wouldn't take responsibility because she was "technically" off the clock. The other manager took 10 min to actually come and apologize.
