This sharks chicken is different then most others that I have been to, the service is wonderful and quick, the food and quality is top notch and the guys inside are always helpful when I’m choosing from the menu! Ordered some catfish and wings, everything tasted fresh and delicious! My go to whenever I am in the area!

This is the worst Sharks ever. I ordered a small catfish, my first time at this location. It was awful. Not fresh at all, dry and very hard, simply garbage. I contacted the establishment and spoke with the manager, this individual was extremely rude, unprofessional and lacked customer service. I will never patronize this location again.

They’re usually pretty good. Tonight it was horrible. I asked for a 10 piece mixed with fries and a large Jack salmon dinner. I specifically asked not to fry it hard. I got home and not only was it fried to hard to enjoy but it was refried chicken that was piled up on the fryer for lord knows how long. They actually made me wait 20 minutes for some refried chicken with no seasoning. So disappointed. To far to take it back ???

The chicken is very good, I highly recommend it. I buy tenders although they are more expensive because the other chicken is more bones than meat. The ketchup sauce could be improved because it has a very sour flavor and is very watery.
