Told me that in order to sell me a cup of hot water I would have to purchase a plastic or metal starbucks branded cup which would make my simple cup of hot water cost significantly more than if they would've sold me hot water in a regular paper cup as they do for any other customer transaction. I was not treated equally.

Terrible Barista and they always get my order wrong. I don’t understand why they reopened and have the same quality of products. After my 8th time coming here, I always have to consider whether they will get my drink correct or not. Never again!

The baristas are amazing at this location. I visit different locations and the drinks are rarely consistent. This location is super consistent, always clean, and everyone is so nice.
Changing my 5 star review to 1 because the last two times I came in here the person with glitter on their face (they had a black cobweb looking shirt on today) is RUDE. I don’t understand why I am getting dirty looks when I am just coming to get my coffee. I said thank you them today and all I got was a dirty look. Last time they were extremely rude as well. Avoid going inside this location

One of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I’m in the area often and this is the closest. The drive thru line is always extremely long because the service is extremely slow EVERY TIME I COME. I’ve even been in the drive thru with only one car ahead of me and had to wait almost 10 minutes for 1 drink. Maybe staff can go to more efficient stores for training. Several Starbucks drive thrus that I have frequented Ive had to wait 5 minutes tops when they are busy. Please get additional training for staff.

Maria the worker today called me DUMB because I grab the sugar.. Yes a worker calling a customer DUMB! she admitted to the Manager too. I will be in touch with Corporate and I am working to get down to the owner of this location. 2nd incident and no the workers are still not trained a year later

Not only can they not acknowledge your existence, when you finally get their attention due to asking for it out of necessity, they cannot give you an amount of time for the order to be ready.
