Nope, Nope, Nope. I order from this particular location most of the time. I normally use either Doordash or Ubereats because I am unable to make it here in the mornings. Every single order was prepared wrong. Now, I get it.. they are busy and I'm ok with a mess up here and there. But today was the last straw. I ordered a Carmel Frap. I received a carmel Macchiato (I think?) Anyone that drinks coffee from Starbucks knows the difference between the two. One is a cold blended coffee, the other is a hot coffee. Not even sure how that was messed up. Ok, whatevs. I placed a second order, just minutes after the first order was delivered. This time i did get my carmel frap, however, I was NOT prepared correctly. Starbucks, if you are gonna charge us for extra carmel, whip cream, etc etc, at least give me what I pay for. I will forever support Starbucks. Just not this location

Really disappointed in the service I order drinks and two bagels on app my bf went pick up and my drink there but The bagels weren’t there only two bags he ask about it girl said we sold out she was really rude I usually have good experience there

The mocha frappuccino I ordered a last Tuesday around 7:00 pm was literally a water downed milkshake I didn’t taste any coffee or chocolate VERY SUBSTANDARD IT WAS SOME OF THE WORST I’VE EVER HAD!!!! 🚫🧢👎🏽‼️

Don't drive away before tasting your drink to ensure it was made properly. Even standard menu items with no modifications...1/3 times they will find a way to mess it up. Parking lot and drive through are also terrible.
Told me that in order to sell me a cup of hot water I would have to purchase a plastic or metal starbucks branded cup which would make my simple cup of hot water cost significantly more than if they would've sold me hot water in a regular paper cup as they do for any other customer transaction. I was not treated equally.
Terrible Barista and they always get my order wrong. I don’t understand why they reopened and have the same quality of products. After my 8th time coming here, I always have to consider whether they will get my drink correct or not. Never again!
