Nice place. I frequent here. Staff is a hit or miss. Their regional manager was there sharing she will be there for quite some time to get the store up to par. She was retraining staff from shelving items to properly ringing up upgraded meals so the store doesn't continue losing money. Looks like they're in good hands and I'm suspecting the store will have better performance soon.

I wish I had a good Subway closer to me, but this is the closest. Supposed to be open until 9:30pm, came at 8:10pm on a Saturday. Door locked. No one around. This is the third time they have disappointed me. The other two times they forgot whole ingredients on mobile orders. Plus, their bread always comes out hard on the bottom when toasted. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

I went to buy a sandwich at 840pm and they were closed and the sign says 930pm. No one came to the door or volunteer to inform any customers as to why is closed a hour earlier… horrible

I purchased a foot long tuna today and it was absolutely delicious. The ingredients were fresh. The restaurant was very clean and the ladies were friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back.

Why do they hire these young people that parents made them get a job! This place is ALWAYS NASTY inside. I went yesterday and clearly told the CHILD I wanted a 6 inch and she made me a foot long and then shrug her shoulder when I brought it to her attention. The young man that was working removed a rug from the floor and after which went behind the counter and put on a glove to make a sandwich. NO HAND WASHING IN BETWEEN! The employee were talking to each other and treating customers like we were disturbing their social time. It was a mess and I will never ever go back in this place! They should be ashamed

If I can only use coupons online, please make my online order correctly. I know what american cheese tastes like when I asked for pepper jack. One sandwich had WAYY too much sauce when I specifically put “less” on both sandwiches. I shouldn’t have to watch ya’ll to get my food made right just read and follow directions. If not then allow coupons to be used in store.

I mean how can you go wrong on making a Sandwich? If this is the only person you have to make sandwiches just go ahead and close the store down. This was the worst Sandwich and experience I ever had. I honestly want a refund because this was just terrible.

I went to the Homewood store for the lunch special chicken sandwich and it was spoiled! I was so sick and had to go home from work! Nobody answerd the phone! I deserve a refund and 3 lost hours of work being sick after eating that garbage! Subway should be shut down!
