We needed to stop and gas up and lucked up on a pre 4th BBQ spot still serving beef ribs cooked to perfection. This little pit smells of smoke baked into the walls just like I like it. The BBQ itself was smokey and seasoned well. It did not need to be sauced but the sauce tasted of its own unique blend of spices and definitely carried well. I would rather this place a, must try. Hurry and get there because they do sell out

Uncle John's BBQ is a throw back to the traditional aquarium pit smoker that only a few restaurants still use. The tips and links are tender and juicy with good smoke rings and hickory flavor. I always get the sauce on the side just see the smoke and the eye appeal of some good looking BBQ. The sauce is good and the french fries are cooked perfectly. I have only tried the tips, wings, and hot links but from the experience, i can bet that everything that comes off that...

The cook was very nice and informing about his prices and he even offered me a taste …being that this is my first time here food was delicious ….sauce was delicious. If you like a little spice get the mixed sauce will be back again. He did not lie i definitely will be back I don’t know what the other reviews are talking about
