Terrible customer service at this location on halsted , line always long and backed up . Went here today around 3:40 team member # 1691 handed me my food at the window money is taken at . There is cars behind me and one in front of me with no room to get out . She had the window cracked and said I hate when people don’t move out the line when they get the food I would’ve been tried to get out she just sitting right here like a dummy . for one move the line and you wouldn’t have this issue and secondly I’m not going to try to squeeze my car out and possibly hit my car or some one else car because your line is backed up . Practice better time management . She argues with me and close window I ask for the manager who is a big girl with red hair who didn’t even apologize for her employee actions and their customer service . The employee comes behind the manager as I’m talking to the manager and takes her head set off and say I swear I would get fired for fighting and puts her head out the window like she want to fight and I told the manager this is how you let your employees act . I won’t be going back here as u can tell by the reviews the customer service is terrible . I refuse to argue with the rude incompetent YBs that work here

Ordered mozzarella sticks and fries. Noticed there was a hair in my fries once I got to the end of the fry. My hair is braided into a bun and my hair color is chocolate brown. I placed a complaint and received a call from a manager. I explain to her my experience. Her response, “I could have sworn everyone had on a hair net on that shift.” Improper response for a customer complaint about the restaurants lack of sanitation. She asked if I had a picture, here it is. I could not upload it with my complaint. Also, there was an employee smoking in the parking lot. Let’s just say they were not smoking a 🚬 . So do you expect me to believe you all follow proper sanitation?
Service tonight (2.21.25 9:30pm) was fast and super friendly. Burgers and fries were cooked perfect. Best I've had there in a long time.

Terrible customer service I have complained about before. The manager is rude too and told me that he works with high schoolers so they don’t care so there is nothing he can do. Tell them what to do, when they don’t do it, write them up, if they get 3 write ups, FIRE them. I am up here now again the 3rd time I have clearly ordered the same thing and this new person here is messing with customers in front of me having to call her love to ensure their order is correct and then I am up here about them not putting in two of an item so have to come back and order it. the sack of hash browns was all stuck together and that was what he said he could not fix the ball of hash browns with the soaking grease bag. Better training on fryers with that. Just ridiculous and bad customer service. The customer is always right. No one is being rude to you when ordering food and trying to think for a moment to be sure that their order is right and for the other people they are ordering for. 4 sandwiches 2 of the same kind and two hash browns is not a Wild order.. finally just got my food. 45 minutes to an hour for a fast food breakfast from around the corner.

Fast with my order...and very glad to see they often change gloves to keep things sanitary...so many places will have staff touching money or their clothes or non sanitary areas and not switch gloves...they actually often will throw away and use new gloves. Thank you Homewood White Castle!
