Used to be decent most of the time but has recently declined. Cleanliness and speed of service are not where they need to be. Management disregarded complaints and just made excuses.
Short staffed, dirty dishes, even though the employees were nice, the management offered nothing for the unclean environment and dishes. the waitress had to take a break and wash plates so we could eat and a person from our group didn't even receive his food until we were leaving and was offered a to go box and pat on the back for the inconvenience and 50 minute delay of getting his food. Check your plates for old food on them!!! Went there today with a big group from church and was given dirty plates multiple times. A person in our group wasn't given food until we were leaving even though he'd ordered 50 minutes earlier. Manager didn't do anything to resolve it and only complained that it's too busy today to give everyone clean dishes.
