After the “subtle” attitude I received today over the coffee not having caramel, I’ll just go elsewhere for breakfast. Expecting polite service when I feel dissatisfied with the quality of product I paid money for? Really!? I must be crazy… however thank you to the woman who took care of the rest of the order my wife had talked to when we first went in about the food.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been too. Food , service and Atmosphere are all bad. Front cashier attendant does not greet you. Just stares at you . They always have twice fried french fries. The meat is harder than Pawpaw on Friday night. Very nasty and disgusting.

Just spent 30 mins in the drive thru. 2 McDouble bundles is all that was ordered. Not just myself but other vehicles and when I went inside there were customers waiting long periods of time as well. One guy left as soon as he walked in. I ordered at 12:45 and finally just got my money back at 1:20pm. I caught attitude from the old lady with thinning hair and the headset. This is my second time hitting this mcds. My first time you couldn’t tell they were even open because nobody answered the drive thru for a few mins cuz they were out back doing whatever. Whoever the managers are for day and night shifts need to be replaced.

Was ordering my food,but not sure wat the guys was doing on the screen, kept posting food I wasn't ordering, finally seen it was right,I go to pay at window,I pd saw the receipt thought it was a bit too much 🤔 I checked my receipt and told them, it was wrong, I did not order 2 other sandwiches n fries, who ever in charge tonight, started insisting that I ordered it,instead of just returning my money, she was being rude, so I told her to stop blaming me for there mistake 🙄

If there’s no soap in the bathroom for you to wash your hands what are the chances the people making your food aren’t washing their hands with soap either?
Never fast service. Over priced slop! Cant even open on time. Terrible experience guaranteed every time

They are the worst McDonald's around. You can be in a car line for 30 minutes. They never take your order right away. I can be at the driveway order kiosk for 10 minutes. I usually have to scream into the kiosk to get someone to answer me back. They are truly horrible in Hoopeston. I've never seen any other McDonald's like it. Not even in Chicago. And that's saying a lot. Don't eat at this awful place.
