I'm giving it a five based on multiple experiences. My experience in 2025 wasn't so great, the sauce which used to come in a container they filled that day now came in a pre-packaged container with a foil lid. This may seem inconsequential, but it seemed to taste older it even had a slightly different color.

This beef Shack location is great I live close so I’m there a lot greet food here from salads to beef chicken sandwiches Tuesday dollar dogs. Self service drinks. Clean place with quick service and reasonably priced food I come in my wheelchair and chow down great fries too

The beef was dry, the huge dry buns for the sausage were so dry. Didn't get any toppings or gravy on it either like it states is to be on it. The fries were soggy. The shakes had no flavor. Service wasn't great. They forgot some of our stuff. Very expensive for taste and presentation. Wouldn't go back

Ordered regular beef dry with hot and sweet - pretty simple at any beef joint. It was carry out and it ended up being cheesy beef ( I hate it ) no gravy, no hot or sweet. Completely screwed the pooch. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE oh and my wife says always inventory before you leave. Tough to inventory a sandwich wrapped in paper. These people suck

We walked in and it almost reminded me of being in a WingStop with the rolls of brown paper towels at each table. Tried to ask a female employee a question and she didn't even speak English 👎. Another employee that spoke English came and answered our question and was very nice👍. An 8 inch beef is $9.99 and a 4 inch beef was $5.99 or $6.99, the cheapest fountain drink was $2.99👎. You don't get very much beef on the bread and there's no taste to the beef👎. The Auju is GREASEY and you can see the redness from) the grease all over the wrapper👎. The fries didn't impress us very much either..

Food was good. A little pricey for portion but food is more expensive these days. Very friendly staff, which is very important. I used the app and my order was perfect. Window service a smidgen slow but that’s part of the fresh presentation to be expected (use the app ;) I recommend them and we go regularly. Will keep returning.

Had the Italian beef with hot peppers, cheese, and large fries. The beef, very good. In comparable to other quality beef in the city. Like Johnny’s beef, highly recommend.

Kinda disappointed in this place. I finally had the chance to stop by. The beef was pretty good, not bad but average for a beef sandwich. I had the cheesy beef on garlic bread. I ordered the mini thinking it was at least a 6 inch but it was actually 2.5 inches, which was ridiculous, something that should be on a kids menu, and it was $9. Wow. I couldn’t taste the garlic either, maybe they forgot? Hot giardiniera was an up charge and I didn’t get any oil in it, just dry vegetables. The tables weren’t wiped and really greasy so I had to wipe mine with a napkin. Anyhow, I’m starting to see a pattern developing with corporate restaurants, everything is tiny and prices are enormous. It boggles my mind that people still pay so much for so little. I gave this place 2 stars because of the tiny portion for the price but overall service was ok, atmosphere was ok. I won’t be coming back, I’d rather patronize a small local place where I know I will get a good portion for a reasonable price and support my community.
