First off I went to beef shack today and I’m not impressed! The lady couldn’t even take my order right … she put hot and sweet peppers.. so then they fix it and she was so incredibly rude no apologies. I couldn’t believe I asked for raw onions got charged a dollar for a few dices!!!!!!!!!!!! She’s like and my manager needs the other sandwich back I’m like I ate out of it … yikes I thought about it…. They probably need the rest of my sandwich for the mini italian sausage hahahaha! I’m sorry but poor customer service. Got my order wrong not but once but twice. My mouth is on fire and now I have to settle for ramen noodles: 20 dollars for an italian sausage, shake, and fries what a joke. Taking my business elsewhere and letting ppl know!! Not to mention can’t eat the fries bc they dumped salt on them.

Love, love, love this place! They have the BEST fries I have ever had. Pretty much anytime I'm out in Huntley, I have to stop by to get some of those delicious, hot, salty, perfect fries. (I don't eat meat, so I can't speak on that.) They cut the potatoes in the restaurant daily-- that's gotta be why they are so good! I also love that their menu is simple, not overwhelming with too many options. Everything is made fresh to order. I can't say enough good things about Beef Shack. I'm addicted!!Kid-friendliness: My kids love their food and there are paper towels on the tables....enough said! :)

Almost didn't come in because other reviews weren't great. I had a great experience: very good cheeseburger and even better hand cut fries with excellent cheese sauce. Service very amiable; fast. Establishment clean. Will be back. (Portions very appropriate. Good value for $$)
