We are new to the area. Tried several places for breakfast on Sundays after church. This will be the go to place. A little noisy because they are so busy but they are well organized. The manager is proactive and pitches in to help and makes sure everyone is satisfied..

if you want to feel unwelcome this is the place!! first and last time I visit this restaurant. From the moment we entered, the hostess received us with a bad attitude and the waitress's attitude was worse. We ended up sitting down when the waitress arrived to ask if we were ready and she rolled her eyes when we told her that we were almost there if we could have two more minutes. She took our order, brought our food and brought us the check and we never saw her again. she never bothered to ask if we wanted anything else ?. However no complaints on the food! ??

Can't say we will come back anytime soon when the food dropped the ball. First my husband's dish was made wrong. The server apologized and had them make another one. I asked my server for her opinion and she suggested the breakfast quesadilla. There was no flavor to the dish. Salsa no flavor, the guacamole no flavor (just whipped avocado). The server did ask how we like our food and i honestly ehh its okay. She just smiled and walked away. Neither of us finished our dishes or took them home and we always take our left overs. No manager visited when his food was made wrong either. For the price you pay to eat out now it really lacked the WOW in food. We left unsatisfied and wanting lunch. We won't be back, there are other breakfast places near by with better experiences.

This is the third time I have crunched down on eggshells in my eggs. I can't be the only one having this problem if I've had it happen three times now. And the hashbrowns are an oily mess and usually not cooked through so they crunch. It's like oily potato spaghetti. I don't know why the hashbrowns have gotten to be long, thin noodles but ew...change them back. The stuffed potato pancakes are kind of a joke. If you're lucky you'll get enough egg in there but usually the egg to potato pancake ratio is dismal. And the potato pancakes used to be so good and thin...but now they're this uncooked/flour gooey texture. On numerous occasions...so it's not just an off day. My daughter is a mac n cheese fan and I am very aware they are just giving us Kraft box mac n cheese (and that's fine but for 7 bucks it's like huh?). The issue we have is that it's bone dry when we get it. I have to add milk. And the fruit they send for a child? Massive chunks of cantaloupe...and it's primarily just that. Today we got lucky and had two grapes in there too. It's just getting worse every time we order. Such a bummer. It used to be really good.

My wife and I were seated at a table and we realized the piped-in music was so loud that we'd have to shout be hear one another across the table. We asked about changing tables to escape the music but the server immediately offered to turn down the volume. 30 seconds later the music disappeared and we could converse with one another. That in and of itself warrants 5 stars. We go out to eat to talk to each other or to the people we're with. We do not want to compete against piped in music. The Brunch Cafe's food and service were excellent - the chicken salad and an Eggs Benedict arrived quickly and was the usual top quality, very nice presentation. Thank you Brunch Cafe for recognizing that "Silence is Golden" when it comes to Muzak.

Food was burnt. Waitress had to come back minutes later to ask again what we ordered for drinks. Only 2 of us. I had scrambled eggs with the square potatoes and toast. Eggs were over done on outside yet slimy on the inside. Potatoes were dry and very well done.had to wait to find the waitress for refills on drinks. I normally like this place for food but not really good lately. Waitresses are not attentive any more.
