Place was alright, wings are absolutely smothered in sauce to where it’s excessive. My biggest problem is their hours, if you go in 30 minutes before they close or even 45 minutes ish, they have all of their lights on, their open sign, and their door is unlocked, but they’ll usher you out saying they won’t accept your order. doesn’t make a lot of sense saying you’re open but won’t take orders when there’s almost an hour left of their shift lol.

Terrible customer service. Super slow. Cannot understand thy English narrative they try to embark. Kinda rude and also very quiet. Definitely just order from the regular chain or go somewhere else in town. Last time il ever order from her ever again. Wings were basically d slightly mushy.

First time ordering wings to go tonight and the wings were SUPER DRY. It tastes and looks like it was refried twice. All they did was add extra sauce to cover up the over cooked chicken wings. The meat inside was not moist. I wouldn't recommend. I'd rather drive to the one in Algonquin next time.

Long time customer and will never return to this place. I received 40% less quantity of wings than what was documented on my receipt I then spent no less than 20 minutes on the phone with the location after getting home and realizing my order was shorted. No one at the location could speak English well enough to be understood in any respect. I kept asking for a name or information on the general manager. All I wanted was a refund on the messed up order and I couldn't get anything articulated to me whatsoever. I'll be filing a complaint with corporate at the earliest convenience.
