storytime on the absolute worst experience i’ve ever had at a restaurant in my entire life, i’ve never had to leave a review in my 23 years but here we are ! strap in folks ! do you want absolute garbage customer service ? you’ve come to the right place ! my boyfriend ordered food through the BDUB’s app for delivery as i currently have a broken foot & can’t sit in the car for too long without pain; we sat there waiting (as one does for their dinner) for about an hour. the food showed up & was missing a burger (my meal) so we called them, as normal people do when their order is messed up. my boyfriend called the first time & politely explained the situation, not only was there NO apology or a simple let me make that right for you, he said “what do you want”, then ended up hanging up on him. gave them the benefit of the doubt by calling back, guess what happened that time ? they hung up again ! guess what happened the third time ? you guessed it right ! hung up :) at this point i’m pissed off from being hung up on three times, & i call again just trying to get any sort of customer service & i continue on to get “what do you want” OH, & guess what happened for the fourth, fifth, & sixth call ?? CORRECT ! HUNG UP ON ! (how’d you guess;) finally on possibly the 7/8th call i lost track, he finally decides to tell me that i can either get refunded or come to pickup the burger. i was absolutely livid that i was hung up on & i decided to come in, mind you i live 30 minutes away. i strapped on my brace for my broken foot & headed out. when i arrived, i shouted “guess whose favorite customer of the night is here ?!” he didn’t look too pleased, but atleast i knew he couldn’t hang up on me:) this dude told me if you want a refund you need to bring the food that correctly arrived back…. which was never relayed on the phone. after calling him out for absolute trash service & no indication that i was supposed to bring my other items back, he finally promised a full refund by the time i left, now i wait 7 days to see if he actually issued the refund. so remember, if you wanna waste time, money, & your own breath, eat here ! if you hate your life, or love chaos, this place is for you !

I don't like this location and would rather travel all the way to Algonquin to get wings. I don't know how to explain it but wings always taste Burnt. Like maybe they are using really old fry oil or something.
Otherwise the location is fine. Service is fast and they seem to get food out quickly while I have found u may wait at the full service restaurants like Algonquin.
My one critique of the location. A single TV would do wonders for atmosphere. It's something to do while u wait if the food does run late. As of now u sit there and do nothing. And while it's not a full service restaurant h do have a few chairs somebody could sit and enjoy a meal at.
Also parking lot is dark and also crowded all the time.

Phenomenal location, and quite honestly the best Buffalo Wild Wings in all of the Chicago land area. Luckily when we got there they still had our favorite drink : “Mountain Dew Legend”. We were able to buy several Liters of it. And their food is amazing and service is perfect.

I had a great experience with B-Dubs GO! The wings were absolutely delicious—hot, fresh, and full of flavor. You can really tell they were just made and not sitting around. Delivery was quick and super convenient—it showed up right at my door with no issues at all.
Highly recommend if you’re craving good wings without the hassle! Will definitely be ordering again.
