They underserve the protein then give you attitude if you ask for the proper amount. I don't want extra or a double, but if the scoop of meat is half of what other Chipotles give, there's a problem.
They also overcharged by claiming a bowl had guac when we didn't ask for or get any then didn't give a receipt so I could challenge it. Had to double check pricing by using the app to realize we were overcharged

Spent over 200 dollars on catering for 10 people. I get home open the box and receive 5 very small containers each half fill with meat. The amount of food I received is despicable, for the amount I paid. If you are looking for catering an event stay far away from here !!!!!! I will never go to chipotle again.

Stopped in for a steak burrito bowl for my wife, and a chicken burrito for myself. The people working there were younger, but extremely friendly and made everything to my exact specifications. The food was amazing and I would highly recommend this location!

There was about 6 employees on duty and every table in the place was disgustingly dirty. So I'm still head food sitting on it from the previous customer. Very poor management.

got a kids quesadilla didn’t give me the third side after asking for the rice no big deal so i just went in. as soon as i came back in they all just stared at me just mean mugging. i get it u guys hate ur job the two girls (one big one smaller) already looked mad. except for the white boy as the cashier he was the only one who apologized.
