They have made some recent changes and are getting quite stingy. They cut the size of their chicken breast sandwiches in half, but still charge the same amount. Today I ordered a medium root beer float. They only filled it 3/4 of the way to the top of the glass. Basically, they have me something less than a small in a medium cup and charged me for the cup. They do a lot of business, so I don't understand why they feel the need to cheat people.

Went to buy 2 Chicken Sandwiches. They were terrible! The bun is smaller and the Chicken had a different taste and it was so rubbery. I couldn’t chew the chicken. You just lost 2 customers. You raised the price too. That was pressed fake chicken. We used to go once a week. Not anymore.

Staff and food used to be so great. Now the service is slow, and they often mess up on orders. Trying to get them to fix their mistakes with food is a battle as well, even with a receipt.

Absolutely the worst Culver’s I’ve ever been to. Every time we go through the drive thru we are missing food. Please get someone qualified to check every order before it goes out.
Ridiculous wait times for me to deliver my door dash on time and continue consistently making money. In addition to that, I’m appalled by the way I heard Riley speak to Brayden. He’s a good kid, and he dont deserve that.
