I just came back from this place and I get home to open my croissant sandwich and take a bite to find a LONG brown hair in between the sandwhich. ABSOLUTELY disgusting. This place is so unsanitary, this has happened more than once.

Very sweet workers, great drinks, awesome treats! She saved the world from donut deficiency! We left with our bellies full and not only with food but with kindness aswell. I don't understand the 3 star reviews this deserves 5 stars. #10/10

TERRIBLE service 😡😡 i decided to go to dunkin on my lunch break because i really wanted to enjoy a bacon egg and cheese bagel BUT when i walked in the employers awknowleged me once saying they would be with me and after that i got NO interaction. i stood at the counter waiting to be helped for over 10 minutes and did not even get my order taken. they had only 2 people in the drive through and 3 people working. meanwhile only one employee was really working the other one was standing at the drive thru on their phone not helping the other what so ever. terrible service will not be retuning ever again!!!! 😡😡😡😡

Went inside. Employees we're practically ignoring us. Once they finally noticed us, they acted annoyed that we were inside. They were out of everything donut wise we wanted. My cold brew coffee tasted burned, like they used regular coffee and just put it in a cooler. It wasn't made the way I asked at all, but again was ignored when I tried to get some creamer and sugar to fix it because the self serve spot for those items were not only empty, but disgusting, like no one had cleaned the lobby all day. Plus for such a busy location, there was only 2 people working!
