TERRIBLE service 😡😡 i decided to go to dunkin on my lunch break because i really wanted to enjoy a bacon egg and cheese bagel BUT when i walked in the employers awknowleged me once saying they would be with me and after that i got NO interaction. i stood at the counter waiting to be helped for over 10 minutes and did not even get my order taken. they had only 2 people in the drive through and 3 people working. meanwhile only one employee was really working the other one was standing at the drive thru on their phone not helping the other what so ever. terrible service will not be retuning ever again!!!! 😡😡😡😡

Went inside. Employees we're practically ignoring us. Once they finally noticed us, they acted annoyed that we were inside. They were out of everything donut wise we wanted. My cold brew coffee tasted burned, like they used regular coffee and just put it in a cooler. It wasn't made the way I asked at all, but again was ignored when I tried to get some creamer and sugar to fix it because the self serve spot for those items were not only empty, but disgusting, like no one had cleaned the lobby all day. Plus for such a busy location, there was only 2 people working!

Every time i go there, they get the order completely wrong. Either higher, more competent people or close location. I suggest to everyone not to go there. Find another business or location.

i would give the food zero if i could. i always get the maple sugar bacon and for some reason it's ALWAYS dry. like a dessert. this ruins my day. seriously every single time. it's burnt and it's like biting like a sand paper. and crumbs are a little too much than how it's supposed to have because of it's dryness. the attitude that comes with the worker also adds up to my disappointment. i went to the other locations & their sandwiches are never this dry like a dessert. it's so burnt like a black hole. thank you for your time & pls fix this issue.

I'm a dunkin fanatic! I go 1-2 times a day. I spend thousands a year. I buy all of my family and friends gift cards, my staff stuff from dunkin. I've found two dunkins that are almost always perfect. The Algonquin location and this one. They are consistent. Both stores. The food is perfect. My only complaint is at this location there is a thin older lady that in super sweet but cannot make coffee to save her life. She actually makes it terrible every single time. It's not drinkable. She also doesn't mix it, she shakes the cup and it gets all over the lid and hands it to you. She's a sweetheart but please retrain her. Start from the basics. I don't know how 1 person can mess up coffee every time. Other than that. 10 out of 10. I love this location.
