I'm a dunkin fanatic. I come here everyday due to moving and can't find another one on my way to work. Everyday the coffee tastes old and yuck. I get a latte so I'm not sure how they mess that up but they do. Corp needs to come in and see what's going on in this store. Are you using old beans? I don't understand how this coffee is SO bad!

It's good make the drinks good but Everytime I go here to get a maple bacon wrap it's never maple just plan bacon Ive asked for extra seasoning they put on the bacon for the maple flavor so I would think they would get the hint to not forget the maple bacon flavor they never do I opened the bag at the window to make sure it was maple bacon wrap it wasn't tried explaining it to them but the guy at the window and the female that said she made it both had a attitude I tried to ask where the maple bacon was because all I smell is plan bacon and see none of the flavor over the bacon story short I never get it here anymore I go down the street to Algonquin to get mine

Just went to this dunkin and ordered a whole mess of donuts at the drive thru for a bunch of people at my house which they didn't have some of the donuts they advertised having. Get to the window and find out they no longer accept $100 dollar bills.So message to everyone out there no matter how much you buy from dunkin donuts don't bring any bigger bills than 20s or you will be starving and have a bunch of passed off kids like me.

Because they close at 9, they dispose of their donuts at 830. They should probably change the name of the place to "Everything but Donuts" because that apparently what everybody comes there to buy.
They gave me sprinkle donuts with barely any sprinkles on them and when I asked they said, today that’s how they look and then the breakfast sandwiches are cold not cooked correctly. I’ve tried over and over to give them a chance but I’m done.

This Dunkin' had the worst service I've ever encountered at a Dunkin'. I placed a mobile order for drive thru pick up and when I arrived they hadn't even started my order. I had to wait 12 minutes after the line for them to completely mess up my order. Very disappointing.
