I ordered off door dash. The sandwich was super soaked in oil & vinegar. The pepper relish wasnt spicy like it usually is at other locations. I was really disappointed with my meal.

Have visited this new location several times since it opened. I rarely review an eatery until it’s got it legs & rhythm because, unlike any 1 star reviewers, I don’t believe it’s fair. Anyway, the staff is super friendly (aiming to please), & the sandwiches are fresh & delicious. Gonna grab lunch there today, in fact & looking forward to it!

I have ordered for delivery twice now and both times have been monumental messes. The first time my order was an hour late, wrong sandwiches and when I called I was offered basically an "oops sorry". Tonight I thought I'd try again and ordered through the website again. After realizing it was taking a long time I checked the tracker to see that my order had been cancelled. I called the store and I was told that their hands were tied and "sometimes DoorDash just does this". I'm sorry but I did not order through DoorDash. Your location chooses to use them as a delivery service but that service is still a direct reflection of the delivery quality Jersey Mike's offers and is therefore their problem to fix. If I wanted to deal with DoorDash I would have. Don't tell me I need to call DoorDash to deal with my cancelled order...YOU need to. Just laziness all around. This location needs to improve A LOT. Needs to take better accountability for the service they choose to use and work harder to resolve issues for their customers when the service THEY CHOOSE TO USE fails.
