Has to be the absolute worst Jimmy John's in existence. Not only did they take 10 times longer than every other Jimmy John's location out there, they make sure to disregard any special requests on your sandwich so you have a horrible experience...... I threw away my sandwich. Total waste of money. Won't be going back.

Ordered for curbside even though apparently there is no curbside spot. So I waited and eventually came in. I stood waiting by the registers and said hi and I was completely ignored. A guy walked in a few minutes later, cut me, and they were diligent to take his order. The customer sat down, and I came closer to the counter and was still ignored. Asked if I had been helped yet and I said no, they said ok hold on. Then finally was given my order that was sitting there the whole time.

My husband and I do ubereats for work. My husband came in to get an order and was on the phone with my mother in law and over heard my husband say how we're low on gas to her and we have our kids with us. Three of the staff members pulled money out of their own pockets so we could get something in the tank. ? I really hope y'all don't get in trouble but whoever raised y'all they're doing a great job! ??

John was working the window. Very pleasant young man. Great attitude. I appreciated the way he handled my order so much I actually called the manager of the store after I left to give John praise. Thanks Jimmy John’s, and thank you John :)

The lady was incredibly rude today in the drive thru … and they charged me 1.99 for the thinnest slice of salami I ever seen… she didn’t even give me my receipt so I couldn’t complain there. But yea not only terrible service but prob the worst sandwich :(

By far this is the worst JJs I have ever been to. Ordered online, waited in drive thru almost 25 mins for my order. 10 of those at the window. Obviously no management there.

This was the WORST experience. I had ordered 4 sandwiches and GENERAL sandwiches, not special about them, and it took over 20 mins for me to get them when there was NO ONE in the store or the drive thru! The “kids” you have working there, CLEARLY don’t care about a damn thing expect themselves. This place is absolutely ridiculous and to pay $34 bucks for 4 sandwiches is a rip off! I do not recommend this place AT ALL!

This morning I had an intense craving for a sandwich and I found myself at jimmy johns at 9:45 am… don’t judge. I walked up and the door was locked, they hadn’t opened up yet. Although the manager opened the door for me and started making me a sandwich anyway, him and his employee were great. Fast, polite and served a great Vito sandwich! Thank you guys for taking care of my breakfast and starting my day off right!
