This was the WORST experience. I had ordered 4 sandwiches and GENERAL sandwiches, not special about them, and it took over 20 mins for me to get them when there was NO ONE in the store or the drive thru! The “kids” you have working there, CLEARLY don’t care about a damn thing expect themselves. This place is absolutely ridiculous and to pay $34 bucks for 4 sandwiches is a rip off! I do not recommend this place AT ALL!

This morning I had an intense craving for a sandwich and I found myself at jimmy johns at 9:45 am… don’t judge. I walked up and the door was locked, they hadn’t opened up yet. Although the manager opened the door for me and started making me a sandwich anyway, him and his employee were great. Fast, polite and served a great Vito sandwich! Thank you guys for taking care of my breakfast and starting my day off right!

Why are there two Huntly, IL (Zip 60142), and for over a year now, those locations only offer delivery from 10:30 am to 3:30 pm? What is the point of even having your restaurants in our town? Also, at least one of them shut down early every week. So, I order from Jersey Sub or a different open sub shop. Also, do not give me that B.S. short-staffed crap. If that is the case, take a corporate pay cut and pay your employees! You have lost countless sales from me alone, and I'm sure there are others.

Realized I needed a sandwich for the following day 20 minutes before they closed. I normally would avoid ordering so close to closing time but I REALLY needed it. I arrived and immediately began apologizing when the employee (Logan) stopped me, smiled, and told me it was OK and not to worry. I appreciated his kindness so much! My sandwiches were made in less than 5 minutes and were delicious the next day. Will definitely be returning!

The staff was awesome!!! Very helpful with a large order for a softball team. The sandwiches were a huge hit with the girls mid-tournament.

I have been at this location several times and I have to say that Mercedes is absolutely the BEST!!! On a scale of 1-10 she is a 20!!! Whatever she is paid, she is underpaid! This young lady excels in every way!!!
