It seems for the price I only got 1 peace of turkey . I had more lettuce than anything. Very disappointed I used to love jimmy john's. But with the competition in the area. The sandwich was very sad for the price.

Everything tasted fantastic. The pickle sandwiches were wonderful, though I did wish for a little more filling. The pickled crunch slightly outshined the tuna I selected, yet the overall meal was still excellent. I would gladly return to this place again!

Unbelievably slow. I was the only customer inside. Ordered the ultimate Italian, toasted. When it finally came out it was a mess. For a toasted sandwich I'd suggest jersey mike's and have them throw it on the grill.

Toasted sandwich was a let down. Who toastes all the veggies and meat etc. I would think it would be more like a potbelly style with the meat and cheeae heated but not the veggies. Also my tomatoes were all soggy and ripe š¤¢š¤¢ ill stick w jersey mikes location instead. Not to mention i waited 10 mins for a pick up order i was on time for.
Stopped on my lunch break and spent the better portion of 20minutes waiting for the damn sandwich.. there was only 3 customers and 6 people working. soo where did the wait come from??? Freaky fast who? Couldnāt have been jimmy Johnās in Huntley. #

I went too Jimmy Johns today at 1pm and this was an extremely disappointing experience at Jimmy John's. I hadn't visited this location in over a month and a half, and I was shocked by the decline in quality. Today, when my son and I ordered sandwiches, they were subpar and unappetizing. To make matters worse, my younger son discovered a dark, short hair in one of the sandwiches, which was truly disgusting. I'm appalled by the deterioration of this establishment. It's baffling because just a month and a half ago, the sandwiches were delicious and well-prepared. I used to enjoy them daily before my vacation, but upon returning, I encountered this unacceptable situation. I sincerely hope that the individual responsible, particularly the person who made my sandwich, receives appropriate feedback. I am uncertain if there have been recent changes in staffing, but the quality of service and food has significantly declined compared to two months ago. Please donāt let this happen again I would like to come back.
