Toasted sandwich was a let down. Who toastes all the veggies and meat etc. I would think it would be more like a potbelly style with the meat and cheeae heated but not the veggies. Also my tomatoes were all soggy and ripe đ¤˘đ¤˘ ill stick w jersey mikes location instead. Not to mention i waited 10 mins for a pick up order i was on time for.

I went too Jimmy Johns today at 1pm and this was an extremely disappointing experience at Jimmy John's. I hadn't visited this location in over a month and a half, and I was shocked by the decline in quality. Today, when my son and I ordered sandwiches, they were subpar and unappetizing. To make matters worse, my younger son discovered a dark, short hair in one of the sandwiches, which was truly disgusting. I'm appalled by the deterioration of this establishment. It's baffling because just a month and a half ago, the sandwiches were delicious and well-prepared. I used to enjoy them daily before my vacation, but upon returning, I encountered this unacceptable situation. I sincerely hope that the individual responsible, particularly the person who made my sandwich, receives appropriate feedback. I am uncertain if there have been recent changes in staffing, but the quality of service and food has significantly declined compared to two months ago. Please donât let this happen again I would like to come back.

We ordered 6 sandwichâs and 6 sides for delivery. The order taker did a fabulous job taking the order. The sandwiches were delicious as always. Order was delivered within 15 minutes. My problem is the delivery fee! $12.45! This didnât include the tip, its stated driver doesnât get any portion of the delivery charge on the website. So it was close to $25 to have sandwiches delivered! We never thought to ask what the delivery charge was since delivery is usually $3-5. The ridiculous fee was never mentioned during the ordering process. Customers should be told of the fees. If we knew we would have definitely picked up!

Person working window in Huntley can't count back change. The bill was 14.22 I gave then 25.00, they said I gave them 24.00, I gave them 1 more dollar, they gave me back 5 dollars. Have does this add up? I know I gave them 25.00 in the first place.
Corporate office needs to be aware this location is making sandwiches with old bread, hard as a rock. Bought two sandwiches both were made with burnt hard bread, made the sandwiches disgusting to eat. Hardly any meat in the sandwiches also. Order taker through the drive thru was in a hurry and unfriendly. Not returning to this location.
